I like that LexisNexis RiskView provides a lot of information, both public and private, which is crucial for verifying credit and fraud prevention. It's very user-friendly, which makes my work easier, especially when it comes to fraud recovery and prevention. The initial setup was also pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the series of questioning can be problematic because sometimes the questions or information required are too personal. If I use it to ask the customer or the cardholder for verification or to prevent fraud, they sometimes get mad. What I like about LexisNexis (LN), are 1st, it's really convenient to use, you just have to look for the LN ID, or The Address and phone number along with Date of birth, then VOILAHHH!! A user or a person will show up in the result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What i don't like is whenever you entered an information, another window will pop up and will ask you whether if you like to save the info or not, Of course, we don't like it to be saved since we're doing it one time to the people that we are looking for specially with our Job. It is a good legal research online tool and provides a diverse array of materials. It has good filters such as specific issues or specific legal practice areas which often come in handy. I found Consumer profiling the best.

It's best thing can also be a pain as the search engine can give too wide an array of materials than desired, making the job more time-consuming. The software is a little difficult to use for first-time users. There is a lot of information clutter that can be simplified the reading too can be made more easy.
