
I like that LexisNexis RiskView provides a lot of information, both public and private, which is crucial for verifying credit and fraud prevention. It's very user-friendly, which makes my work easier, especially when it comes to fraud recovery and prevention. The initial setup was also pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the series of questioning can be problematic because sometimes the questions or information required are too personal. If I use it to ask the customer or the cardholder for verification or to prevent fraud, they sometimes get mad.
