The best thing about LexisNexis Intelligent Investigator is that it makes it easier for me to determine whether the customer actually owns the information they have entered on their Remitly account. On the upsides, I can view the customer's previous address, which they are the only one who knows, which helps me confirm that they are the rightful owner of that personal information. Nothing much only on the phone number search as there isn't much personal information displayed on the customer´s details, lacks information if the client actually owns the phone number or whether it is only being used by another party. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the most helpful aspect of LexisNexis is to help risk investigator to do background check for a certain customer to prevent any fraudulate activety special for stolen information and LexisNexis can be use as well to prevent account takeovers. using this tool we can check all information that we need if the clients/customer and check potential relatives to connect our customer connectio to a certain person. The downside of LexisNexis its when the certain person move to different location recently the list of this person address is not yet visible It can be much usefull if everytime a person update address or phone it will appear real time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were able Find people in Lexis Nexis using SSN, LexID, First and Last name, Address and Date of Birth. Once you find a result of the person you're looking for you will see there the name, first 5 of SSN, date of birth, age, gender and AKA. Also you will see there the Address customer was able to use upto the current address same goes with the phone number. You will also see the listing name and if the number is wireless or not. There is also other Actions like Verification if Occupancy, LexisNexis Phone finder, Address Associates and Potential Relatives which can be use to see if the recipient is really connectected with the customer. There are times that we encounter error or the app provides a different answer than we expected. I experience it that when I search for a customer an unable to put the date of birth it gives me several options with different SSN. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The following features on Lexisnexis has a different parts depending on the information you are looking for. It has data that helps you to uncover hidden patterns and suspicious behavior from the account that we are reviewing. This tool helps us to check the legitimacy of the attributes given by our customers and also it will provide information to view their household members and additional information using the public records. LexisNexis is a very versatile tool that we use for risk investigation. Through out my career as a fraud protection specialist, I was able to mitigate potential identity theft of our customers with the use of this tool. Customer support is also very quick. In working as a Fraud Investigator, LexisNexis plays a big role in terms of the process. I can easily track customer's information by simply typing either the Persona ID, Name+DOB or Name+Address. With that, I would be able to cross match the information provided by the customer versus the information from a legitimate source (LexisNexis).
