**What do you like best about LexisNexis Emailage?**

Emailage is a very easy tool to use. Our team frequently uses this tool in our day-to-day workflow to determine fraud risks associated with accounts. We also have an API integration and according to our developers it was generally easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about LexisNexis Emailage?**

When used as a Google extension, the Emailage tool is a little tedious to continuously login and obtain the data that we're looking for. In the past, the Google extension tool was actually easier to use, but it now takes more steps to access the data we're looking for than it did in the past. These extra clicks add up on the operations side of things.

**What problems is LexisNexis Emailage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Emailage is helping us prevent fraud on our platform, and is especially helpful at assessing risks of newly created accounts, which are harder to assess for fraud risks.

**What do you like best about LexisNexis Emailage?**

Provides exact age of emails. One can search multiple emails at a go..also has a risk scoring that helps to identify risky and suspicious transactions on priority

**What do you dislike about LexisNexis Emailage?**

Costly when compared to other products should charge per search ..when we search multiple emails at once they charge for all emails and not for the search task

**Recommendations to others considering LexisNexis Emailage:**

Best tool for determining age of emails..go for it

To determine age of emails which os first step of risk monitoring..a risk score associated with age of emails helps identifying which transactions or accounts have high rate of fraid
