I should be able to copy a citation much more easily rather than having to click two to three times in order to copy the text and the citation and then paste it to a word doc...speaking of, why can't I just use a shortcut to cut and paste?? **What problems is LexisNexis eCitation solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps streamline citation process or at least act as a guide ....because we don't want to spend valuable billing hours figuring out how to cite to a text properly ### 2.
