Lever Talent's PI platform helped us identify these traits, group them, and have an understanding of how we could best leverage them in unique ways that gave each employee a chance to flex what they were best at. We are a very lean organization with little to no time for manual processes, especially in our hiring and recruitment strategy. Lever has guided us through implementing our pre-employment assessment tools, which is drastically helping us to shift our hiring approach to a more data-driven approach, without losing sight of still identifying the best possible humans to join our company. The slides that were prepared was sometimes missing in our booklet. I would also provide more learning on how to read the PI assesment and provide multiple senarios on that specific letter.
