**What do you like best about Levelpath?**

I’ve been really impressed with Levelpath’s customer support. One of the main reasons we chose Levelpath was our past experience with ScoutRFP and Workday—we knew we’d get the support we needed to successfully implement the tool. They also do an excellent job listening to feedback and actually incorporating user suggestions into the product.

**What do you dislike about Levelpath?**

We’d love to see Levelpath expand into the spend analytics space, as that capability would be a major value driver for our organization.

**What problems is Levelpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Levelpath is helping us address a wide range of challenges across our procurement processes. We use the AI assistant to generate RFPs, identify new suppliers, and conduct bid analysis. They’re also helping us build dashboards that are far more intuitive and less cumbersome than Excel. In addition, we’re leveraging their OCR technology to quickly search and analyze contracts—something that used to be extremely tedious. We’re also developing new workflows where none existed before, giving us stronger controls and improved visibility.

**What do you like best about Levelpath?**

Levelpath's seamless tracking of contract dates, fields, and important clauses makes my company's management of contracts much easier. We also had a phenomenal implementation and have fantastic customer support from their staff. We communicate on a weekly basis with Levelpath with changes to our workflows, discuss product updates, and overall bring any bugs or issues to the table and they are quickly resolved. All in all there is a level of technical sophistication and hands on support that I have not experienced before.

**What do you dislike about Levelpath?**

An iterative product like Levelpath can make it challenging to keep employees abreast of updates, but my team and I hold office hours meetings to troubleshoot and assist our user base.

**What problems is Levelpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract tracking, auto-renewals, segmenting by business unit and department, business approvals and clarity, and sourcing. Levelpath also assists us with tracking detailed vendor information along with contract management, sourcing, and business approvals. All in all the platform is a significant, powerful tool in our stack and one that we utilize across the business from analyst positions up to the C-Suite.

**What do you like best about Levelpath?**

As someone working in Procurement who handles a large volume of contract reviews, I truly value using the task agent. This application automatically produces a contract overview that highlights the terms I have specified within the task agent, which saves me significant time, especially when dealing with lengthy contracts. Furthermore, the Levelpath team has been exceptional, consistently delivering excellent customer support. I also appreciate the high level of configurability, which allows us to create and adapt as our needs evolve.

**What do you dislike about Levelpath?**

Not a whole lot! Continuing to simplify the number of clicks (perhaps this is also operator error as we are early in our integration) would be handy.

**What problems is Levelpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform supports contract reviews and streamlines the RFX and sourcing process, making supplier risk analysis more efficient. It also helps in simplifying process flows and improving overall visibility. The AI and FAQ generation features are useful, and the system assists end users in streamlining and optimizing our processes.

**What do you like best about Levelpath?**

The most helpful aspect is how LevelPath has enabled my team to handle a growing project volume without adding headcount. The workflow automation handles the administrative burden; routing requests to the right reviewers, sending reminders, tracking deadlines; which frees my team to focus on strategic work like supplier negotiations and risk assessment rather than chasing status updates.

Equally valuable has been the responsiveness of the LevelPath implementation team. They've been genuinely collaborative partners throughout our rollout, meeting with us regularly to adjust workflows based on real-world feedback from our team. When we identified friction points, they worked with us to solve them rather than pointing us to documentation.

We're also excited about LevelPath's AI capabilities, particularly Pathfinder/Front Door, which align well with our procurement transformation strategy. We're moving away from traditional RFP-heavy processes toward a dynamic sourcing model, and having intelligent automation that can support faster, more flexible sourcing approaches positions us to scale that vision without overwhelming our team.

**What do you dislike about Levelpath?**

The most significant challenge has been balancing the platform's rigor with user experience. LevelPath delivers strong workflow governance and auditability, but that structure adds steps and complexity; especially for team members accustomed to more informal processes. Some users found the learning curve steep, and we've had to invest in ongoing training and workflow refinement. These are trade-offs we expected with any enterprise-grade system, but they're worth noting.

**What problems is Levelpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using LevelPath as the operational backbone for our procurement transformation. It's helping us move from fragmented, reactive contract & project management to a structured lifecycle approach. It consolidates sourcing, contracting, and supplier onboarding into one platform; eliminating the disconnection we had when these functions lived in separate systems and spreadsheets. It's also giving us the workflow infrastructure to support our shift toward dynamic sourcing, where we need faster, more flexible engagement models than traditional RFP processes allow.

**What do you like best about Levelpath?**

I appreciate how Levelpath allows me to design custom, dynamic processes and workflows. The user interface and overall user experience are also very intuitive. Additionally, I find it impressive how seamlessly data is integrated across different projects and workspaces, which helps maintain a single source of truth and enhances visibility for stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about Levelpath?**

The only constructive feedback I have is that there is a bit of a steep learning curve with some of the more advanced configurations. While this can make self-service a bit more challenging in certain areas, the Levelpath team is highly engaged and will create those workflows for you.

Levelpath has helped us establish a standardized process with well-defined roles and responsibilities for supplier onboarding and other business operations. Additionally, it has given our organization a centralized repository for contracts, complete with lifecycle management features that help us take a proactive approach to renewal negotiations.

**What do you like best about Levelpath?**

The AI Assistant integrated into Levelpath has been a real time-saver for tasks like contract review, creating RFQs, and analyzing responses. The customer support is outstanding, and the platform is both user-friendly and straightforward to implement.

**What do you dislike about Levelpath?**

A few suppliers blocked emails from Levelpath in their spam filters, currently we are proactive and make sure suppliers know to look for an email from Levelpath when we are sending out a RFX or requesting another action from the supplier.

**What problems is Levelpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Levelpath serves as our primary sourcing tool for issuing and evaluating RFXs. It also functions as our contract repository, providing contract analysis and facilitating approvals. Additionally, Levelpath has helped formalize our capital request intake and tracking procedures. It acts as our supplier record system, incorporating a process for supplier onboarding and approval.

Aside from the simplicity and ease of implementation, by embedding AI into every sourcing flow,  from quick bids to complex RFPs, the company is building a procurement hub that balances speed, intelligence, and scale with a lean team.

**What do you dislike about Levelpath?**

We haven't found any dislikes because the Levelpath team engages with us weekly to discuss enhancements and how best to exploit the features. This flexibility minimizes or removes any hurdles associated with our use of the platform.

**What problems is Levelpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a small team, strong adoption, and AI-native tools, Congruex is setting itself up to drive margin improvement across its billion-dollar business. By operationalizing procurement, expanding into subcontractor sourcing, and leveraging AI for both savings and speed, the company is proving that  procurement can be both the engine and the competitive edge.
