Current benifits that I like most is the ability to create our own workflows in the system with easy and without needing to reach out to the supplier. The user interface intuitive and the reporting has significant potential. The AI features should be beneficial in the future but need further development and refinement. There are no downsides per say. Where I believe additional value will come is their sourcing module adding multiple rounds of negotiations, the ability to add tables for finance/accounting need inputs, the accuracy of the AI modules, the easy of reporting despite its potential. I’ve been really impressed with Levelpath’s customer support. One of the main reasons we chose Levelpath was our past experience with ScoutRFP and Workday—we knew we’d get the support we needed to successfully implement the tool. Levelpath's seamless tracking of contract dates, fields, and important clauses makes my company's management of contracts much easier. We also had a phenomenal implementation and have fantastic customer support from their staff. We communicate on a weekly basis with Levelpath with changes to our workflows, discuss product updates, and overall bring any bugs or issues to the table and they are quickly resolved.
