One of the main reasons we chose Levelpath was our past experience with ScoutRFP and Workday—we knew we’d get the support we needed to successfully implement the tool. They also do an excellent job listening to feedback and actually incorporating user suggestions into the product. **What do you dislike about Levelpath?** We’d love to see Levelpath expand into the spend analytics space, as that capability would be a major value driver for our organization. **What problems is Levelpath solving and how is that benefiting you?** Levelpath is helping us address a wide range of challenges across our procurement processes. We use the AI assistant to generate RFPs, identify new suppliers, and conduct bid analysis. They’re also helping us build dashboards that are far more intuitive and less cumbersome than Excel. In addition, we’re leveraging their OCR technology to quickly search and analyze contracts—something that used to be extremely tedious. We also had a phenomenal implementation and have fantastic customer support from their staff. We communicate on a weekly basis with Levelpath with changes to our workflows, discuss product updates, and overall bring any bugs or issues to the table and they are quickly resolved.
