I appreciate the reduction in  basic human errors

As with most artificial intellegence, emotional range is lacking

Ease of syncing and aligning quality scores over a certain period

**What do you like best about Level AI?**

I like LevelAI due to te fact that it is very easy to use and can be customized to what we need in order to grade interactions as a quality asurance analyst.

**What do you dislike about Level AI?**

It sometimes crash but just for a few minutes and it gets better after anyways.

**What problems is Level AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us QA's to grade and to have guide while grading. Specially when computing the total grades, filtering and locating interactions.

**What do you like best about Level AI?**

Their ability to collaborate and listen to their consumers is astounding! We had several feedbacks when we first worked with them and they listened well to their partners. I've used QA Tools in the past, and so far, nothing beats LevelAI. I like the way you can export raw data. Create teams and charts with the tool.

We also use the coaching compliance and calibration tool!

Anyways, it is very interactive in advisor or manager point of view!

**What do you dislike about Level AI?**

There are times that they change the raw data which can affect our personal dashboards. But I am not sure if this is an issue with internal communications or they just do it without notification.

**Recommendations to others considering Level AI:**

You should be able to create filters for "Teams", raw data should be more detailed. We can add values like "Audit Date", "Criterias", and Trending markdowns.

**What problems is Level AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team's quality score which preserves the quality of our contacts. This is critical because we need to maintain this numbers above the goal to satisfies our clients.

**What do you like best about Level AI?**

The funtions are outstanding ,cant refered to a certain feauture because the software it self defines the future ahead of time, however the emotions to be detected by a machine clearly teaches us how important it is to think like the software and ackknolege  voice inflection a long side the brain behaivor.

**What do you dislike about Level AI?**

The software is very irregular ,cant logg in must of the time ,It is veryy usefull but has to have liabity at all times ,is fearly fast ones is up and running

**What problems is Level AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Level AI is opening the industries way to see the option of aknoledment that we have to encounter to competed and come out the common working patterns .
Technology allways ahead and moving forward it is not an option.

**What do you like best about Level AI?**

LevelAI has a fantastic structure for analyzing our calls, the idea is amazing. However, the UI needs improvements so we can see more benefits on using it and have a better user experience.

**What do you dislike about Level AI?**

As an agent, it is not clear what the standards are for analyzing the call sentiment, and not necessarily a call that has been classified as negative was actually a bad one, so the numbers seem to be always off. The dashboard has too much information, it is easy to get lost and not know where to go for simple tasks. Additionally, it would be great to see our case numbers easily, so we could to Salesforce and actually see the case details.

**What problems is Level AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LevelAI is helping evaluating interactions with clients, but it is not smart yet to differentiate real positive and negative conversations and the UI needs improvements.

This goal wasn't easy, I know. how you were able to set things up and go systematically. Last week, I saw that you had changed the Level AI's formatting to use conditional formatting, which made it simpler for me to comprehend and digest the data. I admire your initiative in making the effort to acquire that knowledge.

Sometimes, it has bugs. Also the system.

Scoring agents and how to track the scores.

It provides a very easy and comprehensive breakdown of your call structures. It helps you discover the areas of opportunitties you would like to enhance.

Make it easy for users to find stuff. Auto pop up month to day score. But overall the platform is friendly user and intuitive. I love it!

the transfer of info from salesforce to level AI should be realtime

for the most part Level AI will be a very positive experience. Granted few if any issues will need be worked out in its infancy.

The transcript of the call is very detailed. It helps me whenever I am unable to understand the person I'm speaking with.  It helps you discover the areas of opportunitties you would like to enhance.

Scripting and the audio graph, you know when to skip. You can easily navigate the audio graph.

Scripting is not that accurate there is audio that is fine.

Fantastic!
Its Design is really clean and understandable. It’s easy to navigate and It’s the best tool that agents can utilize for them to check their QA statuses. Used a different tool before, and guess what,  LEVEL AI is the best of all. Thanks for being a friendly-user tool!
