**What do you like best about Level AI?**

It incorporates communications across channels (email, phone, chat).

**What do you dislike about Level AI?**

Crowded user interface. There's too much on the screen and it's difficult to navigate efficiently.

**What problems is Level AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It incorporates all of our customer-facing communications into 1 platform. It makes it easy for me to find the interaction, whether a customer chatted in, called, or emailed, and I can easily search for an interaction in the platform.

**What do you like best about Level AI?**

The interaction design of the tool is exceptional!  All who use it at my firm credit it with increasing their productivity and accuracy! 
Implementing the tool was not a headache at all! 
It took some time and preparation like all tools and nothing out of the ordinary.

Integration was not an issue in the slightest. Just have to be planned out and careful, but again its just like anything else.

We had to contact customer support a few times, and they were always there.  Their response time was quick and their solutions were clear. They really helped us out but mostly validated what we were trying to do.

We are using the tool every single day we work.  And I still think we have to find more uses for it.  So far it has been great value for the money.

**What do you dislike about Level AI?**

There are some performance issues at times. But when compared to other tools that we were looking at, this seems just to be par for the course.

We have had the occaisional crash, but it recovers in a few minutes. It's really not enough to complain about.

We have noticed that the raw data gets changed and thus in turn our personal dashboards have been changed.  Maybe we are missing notifications? Again, not the biggest deal.

The User Interface could use some tweaking, but that's a nitpick. I'm sure it will get better as the software evolves.

Level AI evaluates the interaction with clients and is invalueable in analyzing our calls. It also benefits us for listening to calls as well.

**What do you like best about Level AI?**

We have been using LevelAI for a few months at this point, and overall I would say that is has been a very helpful tool for managing and evalutating our calls and interactions. The instascore is super helpful and pretty reliable. 
Finding specific call topics is easy, thanks to the search function where you can use keywords to find relevant interactions in no time. This really saves a lot of time for our team. The coaching and calibration functions are great as well. They allow everyone involved to work on the same platform seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Level AI?**

Somtimes sccoring isn't completely accurate, as the system does not always catch the correct words spoken. This can lead to incorrect scoring, therefore it is imoportant to manually double check the results of the instascore whenever possible. Sometimes that case assignments are not working as intended, by assignning irrelevant cases, however this is something that can be adjusted by tweaking the rubrics.

**What problems is Level AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LevelAI is scoring all of our calls and other interactions, which is helps our quality assurance. It is benefiting me because our team does not have the bandwith to review all cases, but with the help of LevelAI, all of our interactions are reviewed.

**What do you like best about Level AI?**

That each of our agents and managers are able to log in and review all new and previous information in one spot.

**What do you dislike about Level AI?**

The time it takes to get fixes handled and no being able as a Administrator to reset or assign passwords.

**What problems is Level AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has been working with Level AI for a little over 6 months now but have only been live for about a month.  There have been some struggles along the way. One being transferred calls within our company.  Although we seem to have finally found the fix for this it took a long time to be completed.  It is concerning that no other company seemed to know about this issue but hope now that it has been found it will be easier for other companies.  Another issue is passwords, our agents do not have individual emails so having to reset their passwords means putting in a help ticket and waiting.  This would be much easier if the Admins of each company had the ability to assign and reset on their own.  We have been able with time to get our rubrics set to be pick up the questions we are looking for.  We know this is a continuing item that we will review daily, though some items still seem to be a struggle to get the program to recognize.  Overall, now that we have most hurtles fixed, I feel this is going to be a good tool for our company and our agents.  I feel they just need to be quicker in some of the fixes that were needed.

LevelAI is a transformative platform that offers insights into how we can improve the employee and customer experience by identifying areas of opportunity. It scores ~100% of interactions across channels and provides data around sentiment, trending topics/sub-topics, and more. This allows us to easily decide where we should focus our human resources to get the most value when conducting VoC and coaching analysis. LevelAI has the ability to record screens on both Mac and Windows, which is critical for us. Our account team is fantastic!

It would be helpful if we could have a more customizable UI with less scrolling, more chart options, and color/font options.

Being able to conduct coaching sessions abd calibration sessions has been a very effiecent and effective tool for our managers, and the analytics has been very helpful to identify areas of opportunity that may have been previously missed due to the high volume of calls we handle on a daily basis.

I feel the only downside is the length of time for the calls and data to be loaded into Level. It can take several hours at times, which can be inconvienent.

I love the automation and the transcripts it does for you. I can literally read the call and grade it quickly from a Q.A. perspective.

This is very helpful for QA's because it can save a lot of time, there is no need to manually type the transcriptions so the QA's can focus more on what transpired in the calls. It is very accesable to everyone in the workplace, agents can now dispute the scores. It is amazing because it can capture real time interactions. I love how this works.

The tool is new, and i have a lot to discover.

Level AI can be customized to meet the needs of the company and also the agents. I have been interacting with this software for over 2 years and I've seen improvement in my quality score. The auto QA does a great job specifically with accuracy. The feedback provided is very relevant to help us grow and be the best customer care specialists in this modern and competitive industry.

It would be good to have a tab in Level AI that has all the evaluations. 

Currently there is a tab 'Coaching' which has some evaluated contact but not all are listed there.

Probing for specifics. It gives you feedback on the questions you would have ask during the interaction as to whether they were too general/non-effective or specific/effective

I like that I can listen to my calls and review my chats almost instantly. When my calls are reviewed for QA purposes, I can review the notes and/or dispute various points. This has helped me improve tremendously and I am truly happy about that. It is so easy to use

Previously, our agents had to sift through multiple documents to resolve complex queries. With Level AI's Agent Assist, all the necessary information is now at their fingertips, leading to higher customer satisfaction scores. Additionally, I can now audit every interaction with greater accuracy and in 90% less time.

**What do you dislike about Level AI?**

Nothing as such, just data ingestion can be faster.

Level AI is helping our team in managing end-to-end contact center Quality Management operations with its scorecarding, auto-QA library, calibration, coaching, custom case selection and more. **What do you like best about Level AI?**

As with any Contact Center, my team's needs focused on quality and customer experience improvement while reducing cost.  LevelAI is helping us to automate repetitive tasks for our agents and their managers - allowing them to focus on the "human touch" and process tasks more quickly.  With automated Instascore, call transcription, "tags", etc. we will be able to dramatically improve both the quantity and depth of Quality Assurance feedback with signiificantly less manual effort.  We also hope to glean pertinant customer experience feedback without requiring the customer to provide the feedback via surveys, instead using LevelAI's VoC Insights feature and Sentiment analysis.

LevelAI has showed great partnership in enabling AI into our Contact Center, both during implementation and post-implementation where we still have recurring meetings with our support lead.  They made the Discovery/Implementation process smooth, by coming prepared, being ready to listen to feedback, and providing expertise where we needed help.  They have been ready and willing to tailor to our needs and are open to feature requests.

**What do you dislike about Level AI?**

My only issue with the implementation was having to wait until a required threshold of STEREO call recordings were gathered.  Like any Contact Center we had years of recordings, but in MONO.  STEREO is required to perform the analysis required to create and train the model.  For us, this meant waiting a couple months to organically gather the recordings vs. using historical recordings.

**What problems is Level AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the typical manual approach to Quality Assurance you are really only reviewing a very small of the total population of calls.  Listening to calls multiple times while scoring a call is time consuming and ultimately a bottleneck for any Quality Assurance program.  LevelAI is attacking this problem from both ends: 1) creating capabliity to automatically provide Quality Assurance results against a configured quality rubric enables insight into 100% of calls for a portion of your overall quality rubric - 2) with the use of transcriptions, conversation and scenario "tags," and AI suggestions, manually scoring calls has never been faster and easier.

very dynamic and has verstaile ways of slicing and dicing information. Customer insights can be managed based on needs and the accuracy level is really good.

UI in dashboards is improving but we can add more filters to pre-set dashboards so we can get the data visualization we want, such as VOC dashboard for example.

**What do you like best about Level AI?**

The Team at Level AI didn't just show up, dump some technology into our environment and leave us to figure it out.  They worked to understand our particular business, fit their tool into our environment and even take feedback and make changes to how their tool worked or interacted to our processes and data.  This is an emerging market and everyone is moving at the speed of light, but the Level AI team took time to pause and make sure we were getting what we needed out of the tool.

**What do you dislike about Level AI?**

Working in this quickly evolving and growing market has challenged Level AI to keep up, grow, etc... We saw many new people come in and out of our implementation project which created some challenges, but has stablized with the ongoing support team.

**What problems is Level AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of only being able to review 3-5% of calls that come into our Center and it also happening days or weeks after a call comes in, we now are able to review 100% of the calls that come to us.  We do this in real-time, which also allows us to proactively pick up on trends or issues our members may be having and make adjustments or connect back to our clients, many times before they even know there is an issue.
