"Overselling, Platform Flaws, Lack of Communication"

What do you like best about Levanta?

Easy to get signed up. Their tracking is good and the dashboard is snappy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Levanta?

Where to begin...

I signed up on their standard plan and was immediatly told the reason why we weren't getting results (only after a few days) was because we weren't on the Gold plan. I was told that they could MASSIVELY improve our visability on the platform if we upgraded and signed a contract. I personally have demoed and become a paid user of many Amazon-Specific software tools and have never been so aggresively pitched. Why even have a starter level of membership? Shouldn't the point of a starter level be so the tool can sell itself? I was also told I could "reasonably expect this program to generate $62,500/mo" in sales for my store. The results? $0 in sales. I used hundreds of invites directly to creators, implemented manual outreach and took every other suggestion from them with zero success.

Their professionalism and communication was also horrible. Late email responses and a general lack of respect was the tone of most all the interactions I've had with the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
