This is an update to my previous LetterLabs review. What really stands out with LetterLabs are lots of things and for me their customer support makes all the difference and why I have settled on LetterLabs as my go-to platform for pen letters and postcards. Past two months have tried other wannabe competitors...but the three I worked with way too clunky to navigate and iron out the design issues I was having with each project which were note cards with envelopes. So I came back to Letterlabs after trying the other platforms and what a refreshing and welcome experience. Not only did I get almost immediate real-time phone call from their support people who walked me through the questions I had about a particular issues I was having with getting the design down just the way I wanted it to look, but they showed me additional tips --- again, real-time via screen-share AND speaking directly with them by phone --- all made a big difference is getting me where I wanted to go. Also, and this to me maybe even more important, I was able to reach the individual who heads up the team that does customer support for my particular account --- and was able to learn more stuff about what kinds of cards and letters are pulling best and also the ones that for any number of reasons are not working. That last part --- what is not working --- good to hear that because it shows transparency and not all the sugar coating sales pitches so common from support people. All in all, I'm a very happy camper with LetterLabs and am still learning tricks and tips for improving my direct mail.

Simplicy and works without having to spend lots of time making it work. I do direct mail on regular basis and came to LetterLabs already sold on getting letters opened and read. All depends on what you say in your mailing plus what it costs to get your mailing out the door. So I checked out alternatives to LetterLabs ---- tried them out on at at time. Gave them all a fair shake... and ended up back with LetterLabs. Not just for LetterLabs pricing --- which is easy to understand, transparent, and cost-per-mailing better than their competiton, but because LetterLabs keeps things simple without sacrificing

Easy to use platform. I went in, clicked through it and had my ready to use post card and envelope done in just a very short amount of time. I was impressed with the great UX design of the platform - and the pricing is fair as well. Great if you want to send out personalized looking cards.

It's easy to create re-usable templates in Lettr labs so that you can just do small updates to content when you want to send a new letter. It saves all your prior settings so you don't have to start from scratch every time. I also like that you can easily upload your address list. We use this service to send letters to leads on a monthly basis and the tool makes it easy to do this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside is that they charge extra for additional characters for each letter, so if your letter is on the longer side you will pay more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Letterlabs is pretty straightforward. Their website is easy to navigate and pretty much has everything I need. Their customer support is also very good but the ways they can be reached could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They are a bit more expensive than what I'm used to paying with the previous note provider I was using, and they don't have any options yet for me to include my business card in the notes I send out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've been running handwritten letter campaigns for several years now and LettrLabs stands above the rest for click-to-ship times, and pricing. It's easy to use, and makes me look great with my clients. What more could you want? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish it offered the ability to compile mailing list by tax ID, rather than just phyisical mailing address, but that is a bit of a corner case as we operate in an area with a number of second homeowners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LettrLabs provided an efficient means to service our need for traditional letter marketing. Their hands-on approach really made the task so very easy, and had us coming back time and time again to reuse their service. Using any form of traditional marketing method comes at a cost, and there is no difference here. However, LettrLabs does provide a decent discount based on order quantity, which helps down the line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoy using LettrLabs services. Not only was their team very helpful and available to me for questions (Jeremiah specifically was awesome!), but the quality is nice and you can't beat the price. I emailed someone who worked at Lettrlabs twice to see with resources he asked me to send to him (2 case studies I found about how helpful handwritten cards are for customer retention), and asked if I could write a blog post for them and he disregarded both my emails until I followed up a 3rd time.
