I have been using the Less Annoying CRM for over 2 years now. I have used it to create a very accurate and very quick respone time for search results. The CRM has allowed me to develop a accurate and quick CRM Database for the Medical field. I find it very easy to use very little complication. Awesome coaches when you need them. All problems *very few to mention) are resolved within hours. I would highly recommend the CRM for all types of businesses. There are no major flaws with the CRM. I cannot say I dislike anything. They are always looking to improve the operations and updating new features. All around great service and functioning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it is easy to use and that it keeps you on track with what needs to be done. I like that it is all laid out for you and easy to navigate. The tasks and pipelines make it easy to remember what is open and what needs to be followed up on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not dislike really anything about this program. The only thing I can think of that would make it more effetive is being able to somehow intergrate it with my email or have some type of alarm task that for urgent tasks that cant be missed, that it pops up on my desktop as a reminder. Less annoying is the easiest crm that I have used, but not just that, it has everything that you need, and it is continually being developed to be better. The subscription option really works for us, and it is part of our daily process. It has been invaluable and we are really pleased that we went down this path. LACRM has immense capability including forv tailoring to suit my business and my ways of working. The challenge is correctly to manage my data such that it delivers what I need in a timely and accurate format. I could'nt do this without business support and excellent support from the LA Help team. I have never found their knowledge wanting and I always get a responmse within days, sometimes within 24 hours. Absolutely excellent.

For me the best part was how simple and easy LACRM was to learn. Up and running in no time. The support is great. I can't wait to get all of my contacts loaded so I can learn the other features of LACRM such as pipelines and email features. Being a small business the price is very affordable. This team have always been helpful in every way. Their feedback is always good and prompt. I don't know how they do it but they respond at any time of the night.
We had some challenges moving data from one user to another and they helped us through the process step by step.
And the price is amazing too!!

Our (small) gripes have been around the lack of date pickers and drop down menus but these are "nice to have issues".

Most favorite is it is easy to implement, easy to keep up to date, easy to find contacts in multiple ways. As you use it more and more you find almost everything it does for you can be customized, so your contacts/leads/clients can be categorized in multiple ways, in multiple pipelines, etc. I especially love the integration with gmail so I can easily see what I've written to them before. The biggest downside I've run into is one of the things I love about it: the ability to categorize people in so many ways, tag with custom fields, groups, pipelines, etc that it can be easy to "over-categorize"!! I have used some very complex CRM systems and they have their place. What I like about LACRM is it is less complex, easier to use and train employees to use and thus they will use it so we are actually getting information on our customer contacts that can be shared. At the same time, it is flexible enough for use to customize what we need. Great program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
