Less Annoying CRM is an incredibly easy to use, yet sophisticated platform with many functions that have helped me be more efficient and organized with my book of business. The staff has always been accessible for questions and have provided very prompt and clear guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using LACRM for about 4 months -- so far, there has been nothing I dislike! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simplicity, the price, the scalability and how it can be customised as per the users needs. Start really simple and grow your CRM from there if you take the time to learn how to use it. The company offer brilliant and invaluable support and help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is missing some helpful automation and text messages to the clients etc but do know the company has recently undergone a large rebuild of the system on a different platform to make it more flexible. Therefore I assume and hope these are future plans to bring in to the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
LACRM is simple and straight forward. I am an IT consultant who is perfectly capable of working with bigger more complicated setups but sometimes you just want something that works out of the box without a massive learning curve, setup time and training requirements.
It's also very inexpensive compared to many other SAAS / Cloud / Web Based options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The thing that makes it so easy is that it is simple. On occasions that simplicity can be frustrating; "oh, I just wish it would do....". There is however an API so given some programming knowledge (or a good IT support team) you can make it do some of the bits you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Completely customizable to meet the needs of my business. Great program for client info and client notes. Really user friendly. I'm able to create custom piplines to suit my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is absolutely nothing that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has made my job easier to do and I can get more done more efficiently. I am not a highly skilled technical person, so working on the computer can be very intimidating to me. Less Annoying has been so easy and great for me to get around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really cannot think of too much. The only other experience I have is with Salesforce. But Less Annoying has been much easier to use in our smaller company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was very easy to get started. The videos described the process very well and their staff was responsive and helpful when I needed them. We are a start-up website and marketing to a lot of groups. It was easy to load the data and has been very easy for my team to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't think I am able to create e-mail groups based on Lead Status. I haven't tried but was told that. I can only create e-mail groups from Group Status. This may required me to do a work-around when that time comes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The CRM is super simple to use. It's' very well made. The price point is spectacular. The customer service is absolutely top notch—the best I've ever experienced with a product of any kind. Every single feature and UI interaction has been meticulously thought out. I can't recommend the CRM enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no mobile app, and the mobile interface is not the greatest (even after the new update—although it is better than it used to be). No built-in 2FA (Google SSO has to be used for that). There is no global search (although I've been told that this is int he works).
And these are minor inconveniences (the lack of a mobile app is more than minor I guess but still not a dealbreaker for me)—I'm just being picky. It is a great CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use / short learning curve enabled us to start using the product right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A bit confusing uploading data the way we wanted it, but great support team made it happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm a solpreneur who used ACT! for 15 years and especially liked the ability to create workflow processes at the touch of a button. LACRM calls them "pipelines." And they work really well, once you get used to them.
My other "must have" is the ability to automatically sync with Google Calendars, so I can move from office to on the go using my phone. Phone use is awkward, but they are working on a complete overhaul for mobile, so looking forward to that.
LACRM also sends emails through the system with auto bcc to client's profile. Very handy.
Customer service is responsive and helpful, offering work arounds if the system doesn't provide the exact feature I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wish there was one place I could go to see what workflows have already been completed on a project, to insure nothing was skipped. There is the ability to scroll through all the history on a client, however, but that includes everything, not just the project status history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
