I have tried many CRM and they always disappointed me as someone would be left out. With LACRM, it is almost impossible to neglect anyone. Plus your emails and phone calls can be captured. If that is not enough, their service is the very very very best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am not able to think of anything. Whenever I have wanted LACRM to do something, if there is not already a procedure to accomplish it, with their help, we always seem to be able to develop a procedure to accomplish it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish I had discovered Less Annoying CRM a long time ago. There are a number of things I really like about Less Annoying. Firstly, it is not overloaded with an abundance of features that won't ever be used. This makes it very easy to navigate and find your way around. Secondly, the design of the screens and font sizes makes it easy to read and find exactly what you're looking for. And thirdly, the Calendar View that integrates with Google is presented very well, displaying events and tasks that can be clicked on and displayed in a new window.
There are other very handy features, also. The ability to setup custom fields, whilst not a unique feature, is another advantage. They only display in the contact record if they have been used, which means you are not displaying blank fields just for the sake of it.
Overall, there is just enough in Less Annoying CRM to completely meet the needs of my business. I still find myself smiling as I jump into the CRM because the screens are just so visually pleasing to look at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Whilst this is not really a problem for my business at the moment, SMS notifications are currently only available in US, Canada and UK. If at some point in the future that feature could also be made available for Australia, I would definitely use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is an easy, straightforward CRM. It has everything you need for small business, including a handy integration with Mailchimp. That's a particularly great feature, because you can sync your lists with the popular marketing platform, and then view how your prospects interacted with your campaign. The navigation is a little less intuitive than I'd like, but it's easy enough to figure out. It would be great if there was an actual "marketing" tab, like other CRMs offer, and if it was a little easier to pull marketing reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After working with older databases throughout my past jobs, it is honestly a breath of fresh air to be using a CRM system that is convenient and easy to use. I am not doubling up on work by putting in notes and interaction when I can simply blind copy an address and have it automatically link up to the correct user in the CRM system. The simplistic layout makes it easy to navigate. I appreciate the support system that goes along with this program. If I ever have questions or am confused about a certain feature, I can simply reach out to support and get in contact with someone very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think there could be a few more areas for different demographics and tracking different types of information. It would be really great if eventually this CRM system will be able to be used with Constant Contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simplicity of the interface is one of the ideal features I like. Making notes and setting reminders. I enjoy being able to add as much information as I can to each contact. Certainly helps with gaining a personal touch with each and every current and prospective client in the business. Very easy to customize things to suit our company needs with each contact. I do like the mobile interface as well. The ability to look up and maintain the contact on my mobile device is fantastic. There is really not much more for me to say regarding the product. Search function can be challenging at times to narrow down. I don't necessarily dislike this but sometimes takes a little more diligence to find who you are looking for. Also, not a big fan not being able to add notes to a client that is not in your name. This would be beneficial if a colleague is out of office or on vacation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
