What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

I've tried multiple CRM platforms in the past (Agile CRM, HubSpot, Insightly ... to name a few). It always started out with a considerable amount of effort trying to get my needs to work within their framework. The difficulty in making things work the way I wanted and to be able to get the information out that I needed, always caused me to give up eventually.

A friend recommended "Less Annoying CRM" and I only tried it because I was becoming overwhelmed trying to manage my growing lead list. From the very start, this product was different. It is easy to learn and simple to use. It is very easy to customize the system to fit your needs by adding custom fields, organizing contacts into groups, and building "pipelines" to manage your processes.

I've been using Less Annoying CRM for over a year now and have never experienced an outage or technical problem. The customer support is OUTSTANDING. When I first subscribed, they scheduled a call with me and walked me through the system and offered suggestions on how to organize my data. I've called the support desk a couple of times when I did not understand something and they always explained the solution to me and made it easy to understand.

There is really nothing to dislike about this CRM. The only thing that this CRM is missing is the ability to automatically attach received emails to your contacts, you have to forward the email to an address assigned to you by Less Annoying CRM; it's a simple process ... but sometimes I forget. There are a few key benefits to using Less Annoying CRM. First, using it is intuitive. It is really easy to use. Second, it is great to help you organize your data. The PIPELINE function let's you track exactly where clients are in your process so that you don't lose track and "drop the ball". Third, customizing it is really simple ... you are able to track the data you need and generate the reports that you need. Last and certainly not least, the customer support is outstanding. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

I love the simplicity of the user interface. It is so easy to learn how to use it but it is it's functionality in being able to refer to client details and log emails that saves me loads of time when I am looking back over clients histories rather than scrolling through my inbox! What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

I dont' like that LACRM does not have an email marketing feature which means that I have to use an integration for Mailchimp which works fine but not all the client information from LACRM gets ported to Mailchimp such as logged emails etc. Ideally I would love to have a CRM and email marketing package that doesn't require me to mortgage my house to pay for it. A useful feature would be the ability to email clients from within the LACRM UI so that I don't need to switch between email browser and LACRM which seems clunky. Recommendations to others considering Less Annoying CRM:

LACRM is a cost-effective tool for managing customer relationships on a personal level. It's price reflects that and it has more than given a return on investment. Just bear in mind that when marketing your business you will need to use email marketing and LACRM has integrations for that which have developed over the years. If you are uncomfortable with setting up integrations then you may find that an all in one package may work better for you but just bear in mind that this will be costly. If you are starting out with a new business LACRM will be essential in terms of function and cost. As your business expands, if you are not keen on integrations then you may need to look elsewhere. That said , in my experience, I did start to use what I thought would be another good solution for CRM and email marketing, but I didn't like the UI for the individual user data, so I have come back and use LACRM with Mailchimp and for now I am content. LACRM helps me to keep relevant to my clients and be able to review interaction history. I want each of my clients to feel like they are being treated as individuals and whilst I do send out mailings to various lists, I am also emailing clients personally and LACRM gives me a quick and easy way of following up details. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

I'm new to CRMs, so the easy-to-use format immediately attracted me! When I think of features I want and/or can't find: responses are fast - within hours! The team is always crazy helpful, no matter who "picks up the phone" and they are very open to feedback. I have submitted this before and I'm assured (and believe) it's in the cue of changes to come: but the only feature I wish I could have is custom labels for fixed fields (such as phone numbers, etc, which are automatic fields in contacts/companies). I would say that they should try out the other options mentioned. For us, we purchased a Monday.com plan AFTER LACRM, so it's likely we could have used that instead. We share sales responsibilities (one person isn't assigned each account). Collaboration on projects has improved ten-fold, as we can now see notes from other folk's conversations with the clients, etc. Our follow-up rates have improved greatly. Before LACRM, we weren't tracking properly so there was a lot of money lost in not properly doing sales. This also serves me as a brilliant time-management tool! My favorite part of LACRM is the people. Staff is professional and friendly - quick to answer and patient with new users! The learning curve is not too steep, so transitioning our data was not a long, drawn out process. I liked being able to "get into it" pretty quickly and learn as I went along. With the "test drive" or trial run option, you can try out LACRM and see for yourself if it's a good fit for your organization. I was sold after two weeks, but appreciated having a month to explore the functionality before committing funds. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. We opted for LACRM as a solution for tracking customer segments - who is a member, who is a prospect, and who is a contact we want to engage that doesn't fall into either or those broad categories. The tracking capability is excellent. In one glance I can see if the contact is new to us, or if we have a long history, and the last point of contact. The email tracking integration is super helpful. A recent update gave us more control over custom fields, and that was helpful to us. Another great feature is the option to assign different staff access to different lists. We are a small agency, but for each person to be able to sort and group our contacts in a way that is most helpful for their role and duties is a lovely perk. (And did I mention the pricing? What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

Less Annoying CRM is exactly what the name implies. After a long experience with a feature-rich alternative, I chose LACRM because it promised to do EXACTLY what I needed: simple, easy to find records of contacts and companies, easy to use email to contacts and then their filing, easy to see notes, and a task system that prepares a very simple to use calendar with all the daily tasks--easy to reschedule, too. Customer service is spectacularly good!

As a small business and consultant in my industry LACRM provides me with everything I need in a CRM - flexibility, easy-to-use and great, affordable pricing.
