I've tried multiple CRM platforms in the past (Agile CRM, HubSpot, Insightly ... to name a few). It always started out with a considerable amount of effort trying to get my needs to work within their framework. The difficulty in making things work the way I wanted and to be able to get the information out that I needed, always caused me to give up eventually.
A friend recommended "Less Annoying CRM" and I only tried it because I was becoming overwhelmed trying to manage my growing lead list. From the very start, this product was different. It is easy to learn and simple to use. It is very easy to customize the system to fit your needs by adding custom fields, organizing contacts into groups, and building "pipelines" to manage your processes.
I've been using Less Annoying CRM for over a year now and have never experienced an outage or technical problem. The customer support is OUTSTANDING. When I first subscribed, they scheduled a call with me and walked me through the system and offered suggestions on how to organize my data. I've called the support desk a couple of times when I did not understand something and they always explained the solution to me and made it easy to understand.

There is really nothing to dislike about this CRM. The only thing that this CRM is missing is the ability to automatically attach received emails to your contacts, you have to forward the email to an address assigned to you by Less Annoying CRM; it's a simple process ... but sometimes I forget. I love the simplicity of the user interface. It is so easy to learn how to use it but it is it's functionality in being able to refer to client details and log emails that saves me loads of time when I am looking back over clients histories rather than scrolling through my inbox! I dont' like that LACRM does not have an email marketing feature which means that I have to use an integration for Mailchimp which works fine but not all the client information from LACRM gets ported to Mailchimp such as logged emails etc. Ideally I would love to have a CRM and email marketing package that doesn't require me to mortgage my house to pay for it. A useful feature would be the ability to email clients from within the LACRM UI so that I don't need to switch between email browser and LACRM which seems clunky. I'm new to CRMs, so the easy-to-use format immediately attracted me! When I think of features I want and/or can't find: responses are fast - within hours! The team is always crazy helpful, no matter who "picks up the phone" and they are very open to feedback. I have submitted this before and I'm assured (and believe) it's in the cue of changes to come: but the only feature I wish I could have is custom labels for fixed fields (such as phone numbers, etc, which are automatic fields in contacts/companies). My favorite part of LACRM is the people. Staff is professional and friendly - quick to answer and patient with new users! The learning curve is not too steep, so transitioning our data was not a long, drawn out process. I liked being able to "get into it" pretty quickly and learn as I went along. The program is very accessible. Things are laid out in a way that makes the program very user friendly for anybody. None of my colleagues have any issues with navigations, and it's flexible enough for most tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Less Annoying CRM is exactly what the name implies. After a long experience with a feature-rich alternative, I chose LACRM because it promised to do EXACTLY what I needed: simple, easy to find records of contacts and companies, easy to use email to contacts and then their filing, easy to see notes, and a task system that prepares a very simple to use calendar with all the daily tasks--easy to reschedule, too. Customer service is spectacularly good!

As a small business and consultant in my industry LACRM provides me with everything I need in a CRM - flexibility, easy-to-use and great, affordable pricing. I think it's hands-down the best CRM I've ever worked with and I actually enjoy using it day in and day out (when was the last time you heard someone say they liked using a CRM?).
