This is the simplest tool I have come across for managing and organizing our data related to our customers. I have got expertise in handling the all the detail in a well manager so that on I can deliver the best information to my clients about their projects. No doubt they claim that it is built for the easiness of users, and I agree when I look upon its features, which shows that all the possible CRM tools have been paced at this platform and also that they provide unlimited ways of configuration, but the pricing policy is high even a team of few members could find it a costly solution, for me it huge conflict. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

What I like best about Less Annoying CRM is that I can download my LinkedIn CSV file of Level 1 connections, convert it to Google Sheet and get all those connections organized into groups using the CRM. Then, when needed I can download specific connections as a spreadsheet and conduct an email campaign using automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

I dislike that the only software product this CRM collaborates with is Mailchimp. I wish the firm would join the IFTTT and Zapier community and collaborate with many more software programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This software has exceptional customer support. I recommend anyone not already using a CRM to give LACRM a try. You get a 30-day free trial before purchase and the cost is only $10/month/user. The two things most important to social media management is leadership and management. Unfortunately, there is no way a person can manage their Level 1 connections on LinkedIn. They must be downloaded and managed with a third-party product. Less Annoying CRM is that product. I am able to manage my Level 1 LinkedIn connections with LACRM. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

Super affordable!

It is great for simple implementations. Small businesses. 1-2 person sales teams. If you need to check all the basic CRM boxes and don't need power user type functionality, it is great and user friendly.

It has been a bit over a year since I used their platform, so this may have changed, but they did have a number of limitations. No ability to call directly through the CRM. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

The design is very easy to use. Training our staff was easy (now if we can only get them to use it all the time :) ) We selected this CRM based on usability and features. Other CRMs were more complex and had tools/ reporting that i know we would never use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reporting took a little bit to learn, but is manageable after. Inability to import information to each company/contact after the initial setup is a burden. We will have to develop our own API tool to get this accomplished. The good thing is documentation on the API is very clear and it should be doable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

The simplicity and the cost. Having looked at a number of systems Less Annoying CRM ( LACRM ) was by far the easiest choice we made when choosing which to go for. Adding new users is quick and easy plus you know exactly where you stand regarding costs. The free trial was exactly what we needed to convince us that LACRM would be ideal for our business.

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

The simple, uncluttered interface makes this CRM a pleasure to use. I tried several others that were super-complicated and tech-bound, meaning I hated to use them, meaning they were useless. I wish they had an integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Moving between the two means I'm duplicating efforts and losing data here and there. Kind of a shame, really. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used to have my customer and prospect data all over the place--in my address book, my emails, spreadsheets I started for one purpose or another. LACRM has everything in one place, so I don't have to hunt data down. I can import contacts or fill in missing info easily. I use reminders to prompt me to follow up with prospects. I used to forget when I last contacted them and what we talked about. Now it's all there. Best part: I can send email threads right to the CRM to keep track! Less Annoying CRM is simple and straighforward. While we have dealt with many CRMs in 25 years of sales management, LACRM provides the most straight forward, accessable platform we have seen. The customization options make it fit our business and our sales reps find it easy to access and execute on a daily basis. This CRM helps us run our business; it does not make us a servant to the system. It provides the tools we need to have visibility and make smart, quick decisions on projects and track our progress. We are able to make decisions quickly on a project by project basis. With other CRMs, there were so many moving parts. There is such a thing as too much information and having sales reps complete so much detail with no real payback was frustrating. Sales reps would lose engagement as opposed to knowing that their entries were useful and have impact on daily basis. With LACRM, we have a system that provides the high level metrics we need to undertand how to move forward quickly. Our sales reps see immediate impact on their bottom line.
