What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

LACRM is a great CRM tool and very reasonably priced at $10/month. It's layout is intuitive, the UI design is thoughtful and it's basically just a super elegant solution to helping small business owners manage your contacts in a very efficient and effective manner.

But what REALLY makes LACRM standout from the crowd of CRM tools -- especially for those new to CRM tools -- is the awesome Support Team at LACRM. Tools are great, but it's the people behind the tools that build them and support them, that improve them, that are truly, in my view, even more important. LACRM has the best support team in the industry hands down. No one is close, in my humble opinion.

The LACRM Support Team is highly responsive (typically responding wn/the hour in my experience), leveraging a tag-team approach, and very knowledgeable. If one particular support analyst does not know the answer they'll escalate to sr. management who will get you the answer. They really go the extra mile to be your partner -- which anyone starting or trying to grow a business knows how important it is to have genuine trusted partners in your corner to get your business off the ground. They know how to leverage the collective knowledge base of their team in a timely fashion so to get you the customer the answers you need when you need them. Who else does this? (not Insightly!, not SugarCRM, not Hubspot, not Salesforce, not Zoho! ) LACRM is a small business's dream (CRM) team/tool.

In short, without LACRM there'd be a lot more stress (and cost$) in my life, and for that I am very thankful for their solution and their offering entrepreneurs like me an alternative solution to the Silicon Valley-based competitors that lack that human element, are over-priced and clearly are not focused on me or small businesses, but rather singularly/myopically are targeting the Fortune 500 clients, forgetting about the rest of us.

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

Can the LACRM tool be improved? Sure it can, but I tried other CRM tools that are much much more pricey, offer more "bells + whistles," and yet they all fell short on delivering value commensurate with their absorbently increased pricing/extortion. Yes those other CRM tools are indeed very "annoying" -- not only in how they upcharge you for every little thing, and upcharge you based on the number of contacts you have, but for that pricing you'd expect to be able to have some tech/tool support beyond an online Q&A repository. Ridiculous. LACRM keeps it simply -- $10/mo. REGARDLESS of how many contacts you grow your CRM database to AND they are there for you with any'n all questions you can throw at them 24/7. What's not to like? This is sanity and the way it should be. This is GREAT customer support, and it reflects the culture leadership has cultivated at St.Louis-based LACRM. - The product is very intuitive and easy to use

- All the features you actually need, none of the marketing BS that other CRMs promise

- Single price point, very easy

- Customisations are very powerful, despite its simplicity it can be adapted to your particular circumstances very easily.

- The level of customer support is fantastic. They're a real team of people, you can ask them questions and they'll respond like real people.

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

I run a small online business with the help of a remote, dispersed team, and LACRM has been a cornerstone of our operations for over 15 years. Unlike businesses with traditional "sales funnels," we rely heavily on long-term relationship-building. Our customers naturally come and go, as their need for our services is driven by external factors outside their control—and ours.

LACRM stands out because it’s not designed exclusively for "salesy" businesses. Instead, it accommodates our unique approach, staying out of our way while consistently delivering reliable performance. Features like robust export/import functionality and the ability to merge contacts and histories when needed have been invaluable.

What I particularly appreciate about LACRM is how their development priorities and values align with ours. Their system is customizable, but not excessively so, which keeps it intuitive and minimizes frustration. They focus on simplicity and functionality, a philosophy that keeps costs down for all of us while ensuring the tool remains effective. LACRM is proof that less can truly be more. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

The ease of setting up and using is second to none. I have tried others. When you run into a problem, all you have to do is call and a live person will answer the phone. Less Annoying CRM keeps all of my contacts organized and in one place with the ease of click to call, text and email. It automatically records these calls, text and emails in the notes for that customer so It's easy to remember where I left off or what needs to be done. Ease of use. Ability to customize on your own. Very responsive customer support. It's great to be able to access our business information on the go every day during our job. What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

Duplicate records- Only able to see 100 records to merge duplicates. We have many records for both spouses so it flags them as duplicate and limits our ability to see the whole list to sort our actual duplicates. 1) It is very simple and intuitive to use.

2) The customer support is, by far, the best of any other CRM I have used. It is also less needed than other CRMs.

3) It is easy to implement and integrates with other programs.

The downside is the same as its upside. It is very simple and intuitive. It does not have the bells and whistles other CRMs have, which means it is easier to learn, but it also means it is not as powerful. It is a great basic CRM if you don't need the bells and whistles, or starter CRM to help you learn how to use a CRM.

The interface is so clean and simple. There are clear and concise processes for anything you'd need from a basic CRM. I did free trials for around 10 of the leading CRMs and chose this one because I caught on to it immediately. There's no fluff or complicated extra options. It does what is needed for a small consulting business easily and reliably.

But that's not the point. The key differentiator is the people. They are brilliant. It's a relationship business that wants to help you. I have zero interest in CRM. It's a tool that's it. But I do want to know how to use it to best effect and I want to know that efficiently. That's where LACRM is the best option. A person jumps on a call with you and helps you. That easy. I love it. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

It takes time to research the pros and cons of various CRMs, and there are countless options available. However, I firmly believe that the time spent finding the right one is an invaluable investment. When I read the story of Tyler, one of the founders of LACRM, I immediately knew that this was the company for me.

I was looking for something reasonably priced, simple to use, and free of unnecessary bells and whistles. I didn't need a CRM that could do everything; I wanted one that did a few crucial things exceptionally well. LACRM delivered exactly that.

The customer service they provide is exceptional—truly beyond 100%. I felt genuinely supported from the start. LACRM even arranged a courtesy call to help me with my setup, which I found incredibly helpful. Although the session was scheduled for 30 or 60 minutes, we finished everything in just 15 minutes, and I left that call with complete confidence. More importantly, I knew that if I had any questions in the future, there would be a real person on the other end of the phone who understood me right away.

I've also reached out via email a couple of times, and each time, I've received a prompt response. As a small business owner with limited time and budget, I wanted to make sure I made the right choice for my CRM on the first try—and I did. You can too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

LACRM is a fantastic tool I use with my clients to manage our outreach lists for development projects for new housing. One of the best features is being able to use a BCC address to track our conversations with individuals so that our small team knows what the other team members have communication. What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

I wish it integrated with Constant Contact. As it is, we have a workaround, but it's another step in list management that creates opportunities for error. (It does integrate with mailchimp, but I don't care for that service for our purposes.)
