What do you like best about Lendr?

I like how it has everything all in one and helps me automate my business. I can buy insurance, keep track of projects and even send the loan docs all with the click of a button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lendr solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Lendr?

What do you like best about Lendr?

Our experience with Lendr has been very positive. Although it looks basic/simple from the frontend, it's actually quite complex behind the scenes and handles a lot of the heavy lifting for us, calculations/etc.

We tried other pieces of software (Mortgage Officer, Mortgage Automator, etc), but it was all just too complex. Lendr was perfect for us and our private lending business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lendr?

If I had to pick something, price. It's expensive. That being said, it's about the same as every other private lending software around so I can't complain too much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lendr solving and how is that benefiting you?

It handles all of our loan origination and servicing without a problem. It generates all of our loan docs for us in a pinch, collects payments, has investor/borrower portals, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lendr?

Ability to fully onboard a borrower, Investor and servicing - incorporating everything from Credit report, automated formating of loan docs, investor reporting, loan progress tracking and updates to payoff and reconciliation of proceeds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lendr?

Ability to onboard to the loan for view only access third party service providors such as Title, insurance etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
