Calculations for distributions run smoothly, and we haven't had issues with the platform lagging or going down when we need it. For the price point, the ROI is strong considering what we'd otherwise be spending on cobbling together multiple tools or hiring out fund admin work. Integrations for processing investor payouts have been helpful for keeping our distribution workflow tight. And the onboarding process to get up and running on the platform was manageable without needing a dedicated implementation team. But honestly, the best part is the support. Bryce and the team are genuinely receptive to feedback. We've suggested features and flagged issues, and more often than not the changes show up within a day or two. That responsiveness makes it feel like we're working with a partner building the platform alongside us, not just a vendor. It's rare to find that at any price point. There's not much to complain about here, but if I had to pick something, it would be the investor payout process. Distributions aren't handled through direct ACH to investors. Instead, funds go through a third-party partner via wire, which adds an extra step to the workflow. Because of that, we have to make sure we're initiating the wire before the end of the month so that payouts still land in investor accounts by the first day of the new quarter. It's not a dealbreaker by any means, but a more direct payout option would tighten things up. That said, knowing how quickly the Lendr team iterates on feedback, I wouldn't be surprised if this gets streamlined down the road. Everything else about the platform has been a positive experience. There isn't much that I dislike about the service. It is a newer software, but the team is great about publishing updates and fixes timely. The service is expensive, but it seems comparable to other platforms in the industry. In addition, the transparent pricing up to enterprise level makes it great as a tool for small teams too, as pricing doesn't change up until a large number of loans (70 to 75 or so). I don’t have anything I dislike about Lendr per say. It has different capabilities and processes from our previous software and that takes some getting used to. All the functions are very intuitive. It’s very easy to navigate, process payments, and track accounts. I have really enjoyed working with this platform. Perhaps the most important, our investors really like the "Opportunities" page and ease of navigating their investor portal. What I like most about Lendr is the ease of use. The program is very user friendly and addresses so many of the issues that we had with our other software system. The amount of fields that can easily be adjusted makes the loan process so much easier. Lendr's ability to work in conjunction with our bank to push and pull payments was one of the top selling points for us. Honestly, we don't have any area of Lendr that we don't like or have not found useful. We ran into a few bumps along the way during implementation but the owner/creator was so quick to respond and help us out. He has made the whole transition over an amazing experience. I started fractionalized lending in 2023 and my business took off in 2024 and was doing everything using word and excel, all while working fulltime. I found Lendr last month and it has been a HUGE time saver!!!! Not only does it make my life easier, it gave my company ya MORE professional look and feel. Not only does it have great loan analysis tools, it issues mortgage statements to my borrower and interest statements to my lending partners. My borrowers love it and so do my lending partners. Life changing for sure.

The system is fairly easy to use and pretty intuitive. I'm not using all of the features right now. I have been integrating them little by little. Final step for me will be document automation. But as for the features I've used, it's been great. Just sent up my ACH payments yesterday. Looking forward to collecting borrowers payments electronically and to not have to wait on checks to deposit or clear my account before I can pay lending partners.

There are a few draw backs, but the owners have been GREAT. They've already updated and changed some of the features to meet my and others needs. One of the drawbacks was that I could only link one bank account to the software. But today, they sent out an email stating that has been corrected and now we set up multiple bank accounts!!! Lendr has been a fantastic tool for us. We struggled with spreadsheets for some time until we decided to move forward with Lendr. We looked at all of the options out there and decided to go with Lendr and haven't looked back since. So far, we haven’t encountered any negatives. We’re in the process of entering existing loans and have run into a few items that don’t work exactly the way we want, but these are fringe loans with atypical terms.
