**What do you like best about LendingPad?**

It's easy to use and easy to keep files organized.

**What do you dislike about LendingPad?**

LendingPad is an excellent LOS as far as functionality and ease of use. A few additional features would make it top of class such as more automations so more business rules can be implemented; it would be easier and more efficient if all fields of the disclosures would autopopulate so we don't have to input redundant data; the servers are very slow and lag when you get busy working on a loan; custom email messages and sms functionality would be a huge bonus as well.

**What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A superior LOS and POS borrower portal. Makes sending e-sign docs and disclosures a breeze!

The ease of everything being centrally located, documents, loan information, 3rd party vendors etc.

**What do you dislike about LendingPad?**

It takes to long each time you click in an area within lending pad for the system to move.  I also find it very cumbersome when entering the dates/critical dates that you HAVE TO ENTER in a time.  That is so unneccessary and would love that feature to be removed.  Thank you.

Portal glitches and loses information causing frustration.  75% of the time, its great, but when I really need things to work and save information I have typed into the portal because I am on the phone with a client the portal glitches and loses all the information

I recently had the opportunity to use a loan origination software and I must say, it was a game-changer for me. The most helpful feature of the software was its ability to streamline the entire loan application process, from start to finish. The software allowed me to easily input all the necessary information, and it automatically generated all the required documentation

It's not perfect still need some improvements in design...

Easy of use.  Easy of finding information to edit quickly. All users can see what others change in real time. All users can see documents uploaded by all parties.  Quick save changes.  Customer support. LendingPad traing videos on updates made to LendingPad.

Not being able to drop and drag into Documents without having to select to Add to Documents.

What I like most about Lending Pad is that it's easy to use.  Very practical.

What I dislike about Lending Pad is that you have to save or cancel a tab in order to see ratios and scenario at the top of the page.

Lending Pad is solving my LOS system needed.  It is very practical, which makes it really easy to use.

Having quick chat support was very helpful.  Having good command of software helps with navigation.

**What do you dislike about LendingPad?**

In my experience, the system "save" feature was not consistent or sometimes located at a place not expected.  Continous cache clearing, Control +F5, etc.  This was problematic for my entering info quickly and moving on to the next task.

Not really solving problems for me at this time.

The customer service is great! I message whenever I have an issue and they are quick and always solve my problem/get me my answer!

maybe there is a way to cusotmize our "dashboard" but I'm not sure how. There is  alot of things we don't use so it looks cluttered.

Just that I am still learning how great it is.  I used Calyx for 20 years, so Lending Pad is so much more advanced.

On the other hand, the Last Modified Loans section orders loans based on your most recently accessed files, providing quick access to recently worked-on applications.

The LOS needs improvement. I didn't know they had the LOS for over 1 year, and then when using it, it was still too basic.

Having to list the primary residence as an investment property for PITI to be included in the ratios doesn't make sense.

Not solving any problems, it's an adequate sysytem

**What do you like best about LendingPad?**

I like that we can add every detail about our borrowers, and any teammate will be able to see it. From names, AKAs, and properties owned to employment, liabilities, and more! Plus, you can send the requests through Lendinpad, title requests, VOE, Hazard Insurance and more, so it makes my life easier by just clicking on the preview and then send. Additionally, you can balance your closing disclosure on the platform, and it even helps you calculate some of the fees.

**What do you dislike about LendingPad?**

I do not like how slow it is; I know that Lendingpad has a lot of information on its system, which makes it hard for the platform to load, but I would think that with nowadays technology and capacity, Lendingpad shouldn't take that much time to show me what I need. I know that Lendingpad is a great platform to have every detail regarding a purchase or refinance transaction, but it is a little bit frustrating when it keeps loading and loading.

**What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lendingpad is helping me find information faster, even though it takes quite a time for the platform to load; once I am on a file, I can see anything that I need; it makes it easier to keep track of the Critical Dates,Details of Transaction and the Subject Property because it summarizes all the information on the principal page. This benefits me because I can keep borrowers updated on dates and some transaction details when they call the office; plus, I can schedule a task for myself based on those dates, so I don't forget to send anything.

Lending Pad eliminates the need to bounce from different platforms when originating loans. Borrower's application information, documents, conversation and audit history, required disclosures, third-party information, etc., can all be found while accessing The Lending Pad from ANY device. The response team for your user questions is always quick and thorough. Very user friendly.

I do not have any issues while using Lending Pad. If I were to improve anything, I would want emails generated to applicants who have not uploaded requested documents.

Lending Pad stays up to date. It is easy to keep track of prospective leads and when to follow up. The "AUDIT" feature allows me to see what has been done on the file, from assigned assistant, MLO, and Processor. By having the documents for each file in one place, I no longer need to organize or share folders with each person on the loan.

Web and cloud based LOS. This allow us work from home or  as long as we can have a computer can connection to internet.
As a closer and company wide origination supporter , I can easily work with coworkers at same loan same time anywhere. With LendingPad we could only need to button clicks to close loans. For example : closing doc, initial disclosure, Loan estimate esign, Direct run Fannie/Freddie aus, UCD, MERS registere, credit, flood, vvoe lot of processing needed integrations, with it our closer processor loan officer underwriter could close hundreds loans per month per person. I know pp may not believe that hundreds loans per person per month, but this is true, we did this in 2020 whole year. Our peak data showing our top closer closed 260+ in one month. YES, with LendingPad you could do too

**What do you dislike about LendingPad?**

Hope LendingPad can make business rules automation release asap. This will improve most of users works, this could be a huge for our management to handling origination works. Reduce compliance issues at day one.

YES, with LendingPad you could close hundreds loans per month per person. This is true and we already did in past mortgage applications bloom months.

What I like most about Lending Pad is that it is very user friendly and easy to use. the fields are color-coded, giving you a very clear way of working.  It is perfect.

It's pretty easy to use.  Easy to import a file and such.  I came from Encompass and Calyx and am happy with Lending Pad!  Takes a little getting used to just like any program, but most of it is easy to find for doing a majority of what you're looking for without hidden screens, secret folders and hidden menu options.  Also like that support is live.  Nice to have a pretty speedy answer.  Each time I've had an issue, I've been able to get an answer quickly.

**What do you dislike about LendingPad?**

Once you start looking for things that are not every day use, it takes some leg work....and Google doesn't help.  For example, I was looking for the residual income area for a VA loan.  Couldn't find it.  Couldn't find it on Google.  Finally went to the help desk who they showed me where to dig it up.  There are a few glitches.  The main one is that the property tax field doesn't auto-populate after entering the info.  If it does, it's after I've poked around a bit in other fields, then there it is.  Or, I have to save my changes, exit, and then go back in and there it is.

**What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I guess I could say I'm more productive in the sense that the screens are easy to switch through.  You also don't lose information "by accident."  The system will either ask you to save or you can't move on until you save.

**What do you like best about LendingPad?**

LendingPad is much easier to navigate and accomplish tasks than Calyx, Encompass, or Arrive (sorry, AIME). The ability to monitor pipeline progress, run DO, admin updates, and run reports quickly puts it far ahead of competing software offerings. With time being scarce many days, being able to execute tasks quickly and accurately is vital to success. Also, not having to spend a million hours doing call reports is always a good thing, right?

**What do you dislike about LendingPad?**

Sometimes the software updates can throw off your workflow when items move spaces, or the 'input method' (points etc) changes a little. Also, it can sometimes lag due to it being on a cloud server...it doesn't often happen (in my experience), but it can be annoying.

**What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LendingPad's chat option is very user friendly with links to FAQs, and the help desk team is very thorough and responsive as well. The cloud 'lagging' issue has also gotten much better as they've upgraded their servers. The big "problem" for me previously was running call reports quickly, which the software handles brilliantly.

I like how easy it is to have credit reissued and DU being ran without issues. I also like the fee worksheet and how easy it is to edit. I had a much harder time with all of this in Calyx.

I would say if something needs to improve, it would be the loan program selection. I was trying to do an application for a hard money loan which had a 12 months interest only and ballon payment after 12 months but unable to locate.

I believe that it is helping with aligning with a CRM that I desperately need. I am told that Equity Smart Home loans is in talks to roll one out that is compatible to Lending Pad.

We like how everything from the credit report to the underwriting conditions are saved in one spot.  At first, coming from Encompass, there was a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, there is no turning back.

We dislike that you have to search for each person in your pipeline.  It used to not be like this and we hope they will update it again to where your current loan pipeline is in one place.

I really enjoy using lending pad now that my company has worked out all the kinks and everything is up to speed now. I also enjoy the support chat that is always available for us to use in case we have an immediate questions or concerns.

The platform still needs to implement some more changes to accommodate things on a broker level. One example is allowing for loan number modifications to be made to our disclosures to match with the investor.

I wish there were more comprehensive instruction guides, manuals, and video tutorials. The basics are covered, but being this is such a comprehensive tool, it would be helpful to have more self-guided lessons.

We are able to reconcile a client's loan application, run AUS and send the 3.4 MISMO file to our lender partners. The tool is reliable and we know that our files are clean. Also, the Mortgage Call Reports are generated with ease.

- In regard to placing comments in the loan. On the left-hand side of your loan panel, you will input comments into the loan file. Please bear in mind the comments are permanent and cannot be deleted. 
- In order to ensure the security of your client's information, after an hour of no activity, for security reasons the system will sign you out. This is to protect both the client's information and your loan files.
- A few ways to distinguish the new and old loan files is by using the status of the loan to sort through the pipeline. You can also distinguish them through the archived status in the pipeline search where the loan is highlighted red to indicate it is a much older loan in the system. Additionally, the default sort in pipeline search is in order from most recently created loans.
-The contact section is managed by your admin, if there is a discrepancy, please don't hesitate to bring this to your admin's attention. We would be delighted to walk the admin through this process.
- In order to see the contacts, and reflect on the LE, the contact information has to be added by your admin. Your personal contacts will not transfer onto the LE as this is most likely a company setting.
- Unfortunately, some companies have requested that we refer their users back to their internal support staff as part of our process/procedures and agreement with them. We will always do our best to assist within the limits of what has been required by your company.

**What do you like best about LendingPad?**

He was able to answer all my concerns and assist me, especially in defining loan programs that our company expects from LendingPad's support. He set up the loan programs in our LOS for us. He was very polite, patient and accommodating.

**What do you dislike about LendingPad?**

There's this one customer support that just gave me a link to follow to define a loan program. But it didn't answer our concern. As support, we expect them to know everything. If not, they should refer us to someone knowledgeable, not just send us a link and expect us to understand and know completely what to do because defining loan programs is very technical.

**What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For now, we're still in the phase of setting up everything in our LOS. Still getting the hang of using LendingPad. So far, we can do everything we need through there system.

**What do you like best about LendingPad?**

Lending Pad is easy to use, and the system is fast. AUS is straightforward to run. Debt ratios and income are available in multiple screens and fields. Also, multiple users can access the same file simultaneously. I really like that the system is web-based and does not require software installation. Lending Pad also has real-time support accessible from every screen.

**What do you dislike about LendingPad?**

I dislike that Lending Pad doesn't seem to connect to Optimal Blue or Mortgage Insurance pricing engines.

**What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lending Pad makes it easy to offer a borrower a portal for uploading credit documents and completing their loan application.

**What do you like best about LendingPad?**

With previous systems, It would take me roughly 1-hour to write a loan. LendinPad I was under 10 minutes after my 4th loan written in their system. On top of that, they have a chat box in the lower corner with little to no wait time to reach their staff.

**What do you dislike about LendingPad?**

The consistent lag time between pages/tabs is an issue. I can't complain too much as my efficiency has gone through the roof with the transition to their system, but their site doesn't seem to be speed optimized.

**What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Again, efficiency is the big winner here. In today's age of technology, I would expect an organized efficient LOS system to exist and be commonplace. With that said, most are stuck in the stone age. LendingPad is lightyears ahead of the other ones I've used over the years.

**What do you like best about LendingPad?**

The simplicity of running AUS and pulling credit after integrating the credit agency. I also appreciate the section that follows you and displays the real time DTI.

**What do you dislike about LendingPad?**

Organization for some items, I think there should be redundancy as it might help new users find things. For example they can find and link REO via the liabilities section.

**What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our company to oversee all files and provide assistance as needed. The majority of our MLOs are satisfied by using this platform. The major problem it fixes is the doc-collecting from borrowers and MLOs.

Love how user-friendly the platform is. Tons of information and tutorials to help on certain items.

**What do you dislike about LendingPad?**

I would say the customer service was rude, the response time was not at par, and the costs to make the switch didn't make financial sense for our company.

**What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the current market, we were trying to establish another route with our LOS. LendingPad was a great choice, but the complexity of transferring data and files over it was too costly to make the switch.

The tech support team is a chat away.  They are very quick to respond and know the solutions and solve for all issues.

**What do you dislike about LendingPad?**

The layout or format of the screen.  The flow of how to open tabs and get to the fields is a bit annoying.  It's not easy to follow with the eyes.

**What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Call Reports for NMLS.  It's convenient enough to run my Call Reports on a quarterly basis.

**What do you like best about LendingPad?**

I love how intuitive it is, and I really love the chat support. Those guys are on it in a flash! This system is WAY better than any of the other ones I've used before, which shall remain nameless.

**What do you dislike about LendingPad?**

I always feel like I'm not entering the correct info while adding a contact. Is it "Business" or "Personal"? Is "Short Name" for the Contact or the Company?

**What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love the CRM integration, and I love the Fees Worksheet and Pre Approval Letters. Awesome!
