The platform did what it promised in terms of LinkedIn engagement pods. It was fairly easy to use while my subscription was active. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I paid a $60 refundable deposit, which was clearly stated as fully refundable when I joined. After I canceled, I only got $30 back. When I asked why, support said they had changed their payment processor and could no longer process the rest of my refund. That’s not acceptable — the money was paid to Lempod, not the processor. I even offered to accept service credit instead, but they declined. This shows poor accountability and a lack of customer care. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
