Negotiations are strictly hourly, therefore, there are no benefits other than this, such as vacations. You must plan correctly and define your hourly rate considering these "built-in extras", as you will only be paid for the hour/day worked. So we decided to have one more call with them to get some things cleared and if it still didn't feel right, turn them down. which we did.
