I'm able to personalize almost everything with Lemlist, it is a reliable software that creates excellent response rates.

What do you like best about lemlist?

Warmup feature is okay - that is it, nothing else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

1. Functionality - had an issue with a campaign: I scheduled to send 97 emails, only 81 were sent. The explanation I received just doesn't make any sense to me: "the number you are talking about is the MAXIMUM email we'll send. Not the number we'll really send."

2. Onboarding was terrible - support specialist decided that she can tell us what templates should we use for our campaigns. For real, she started to tell us what should we delete from our templates - I believe it is a way beyond her competency.

3. Support was unprofessional and horrible. I was not able to receive any appropriate explanations for my issue, so they decided to... provide me with a refund! What a brilliant idea: "Customer unhappy with your SaaS? Just kick him out!" And here is a quote from correspondence: "Since you seem disappointed about the support and the tool, tell me and I'll close your account and refund you." - so they didn't try to help me, just showed me where the exit door is. I tried to solve my email outreach problems. But when I started a campaign, I was forced to stop it on the first follow-ups due to tech issue and lack of appropriate support. I'm moving to another solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We would really love to help you as much as we can, so we can hop on a call to revise what happened.

Besides, our team is always happy to share some advice based on their experience, but of course, those ideas are only suggestions, and the choice is always yours. By the end of the day - our customer support were/are users of lemlist, usually coming from the lead gen background and they are working with 40000+ users, so if they suggested something to you - they did that with the best intention.
