"A WFM provider thinking differently and moving quickly!"
5/5
What do you like best about Legion WFM?

Our stores LOVE how simple, clean and user friendly the UI and experience using the app is. The workforce management space is filled with dinosaurs and Legion is the shiny new car in the space. They are innovating quickly, responding to customer feedback and scaling at lightning speed. The service is built from the ground up to leverage AI. In a world of products that have AI feeling like it's bolted on, Legion feels very different. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Legion WFM?

Legion is much newer on the market than other providers, every business is unique and so you may find during implementations you're missing a feature, setting or toggle you really wish was available. The good news is because Legion is so open to improvement and growing rapidly you won't be submitting an ER and then waiting YEARS for it, they'll get it done reasonably quickly and you'll get a voice to help shape the product.
