**What do you like best about Legendary Supply Chain?**

Legendary really listens to our needs as a whole and works with us to make sure everything fits. They have a great team who is very responsive and explains things thoroughly.

**What do you dislike about Legendary Supply Chain?**

There is a search function on our platform that doesn't allow us to type in the name.  We need to scroll to choose the name.  It is only in one section of the program.  Other than that, I have nothing bad to say.

**What problems is Legendary Supply Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Putting everthing in one place/system.

It is easy to navigate and train new employees, Tech Support is always available and so helpful, it has made our life so much easier as they are always evolving and enhancing features.

**What do you dislike about Legendary Supply Chain?**

There is nothing I dislike so far no task has been too big for them to help us accomplish.

**What problems is Legendary Supply Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asset Management and Scheduling, Purchasing, Automated Reporting, Customer Surveys, Down Time monitoring.

This has enabled us to have 1 central app for everything we need and has made us a more productive successful company.

Legendary has been excellent at taking my fairly nebulous ideas and turning them into a reality. They are incredibly quick to act and quick to respond.They have even made great suggestions to make my ideas even better.

**What do you dislike about Legendary Supply Chain?**

I can't think of anything I dislike about them.

**What problems is Legendary Supply Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to streamline and standardize customer onboarding processes. Legendary has been able to translate our current process into an incredibly useful tool in Salesforce.

I love the ability to scan your inventory when doing a cycle count.  It makes what used to take days or weeks a matter of hours.

**What do you dislike about Legendary Supply Chain?**

Reporting tools can sometimes being difficuly to understand at first glance but the Legendary team works amazingly to help you understand the information.

**What problems is Legendary Supply Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the ease of use when sending out inventory to vendors, as well as tracking all inventory movements and returns.
