Great you can see them completing it in live time so if there are issues in completing the registration forms or signing terms and conditions you know exactly where they are upto without being miss communicated. You can get the forms tailored to meet your needs as a business. **What do you dislike about Legalesign?** Its hard to pin down any faults but sometimes when we send out the forms to either clients or candidates they do end up going into the spam filter which means we have to phone them. But I really like it and its a great product! **What problems is Legalesign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Very efficient in how we do business now. Before we had this we had to send the registration forms or terms and conditions via post which can take days or weeks to get back which in turn can loose business. ### 4. It is really hard to think of any changes we would want to make as its been really use. Tenants are able to check everything over before we actually meet so if any questions need answering I am able to answer them before hand. It also saves paper which we use to use a lot for each sign up now I just send copies of everything that has been signed to the tenants email address. **What do you dislike about Legalesign?** My only dislike that due to the locations we travel to on occasions I have lost the internet connection.
