We are a completely paperless business now, whereby legal e sign plays an important part, especially made possible as documents can be signed remotely. **What do you dislike about Legalesign?** With more businesses becoming paperless it would be useful for the size of the files to be increased and the number of documents uploaded in one go to also be increased. Also uploading documents in a specific order requires to be uploaded one at a time instead of pulling several in one go and it being ordered alphabetically (or how it is ordered in file explorer). So that aspect can be tedious especially as the month-end comes I have up to 800 documents to upload for authorisation. **What problems is Legalesign solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits are as said before, working as a paperless office and having documents signed either by colleagues working remotely or can be sent to clients for signing saving on paper printing and postage. ### 2. I love that you can also set up templates and send to numerous people and save various different documents that are teed up and ready to go into an envelope for checking by another party before sending. The tool as a whole is brilliant and has so many amazing features. **What do you dislike about Legalesign?** I don't think there's anything I dislike - it's great tool. **Recommendations to others considering Legalesign:** Legalesign is the perfect tool for any law firm that undertakes a lot of document signing work. It's far superior to the likes of Docusign and Signable. **What problems is Legalesign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to send large documents out for signing and witnessing on behalf of clients. The dashboard then allows us to track the signatures and chase those who haven't signed. The tagging system is also good for tagging documents - this means we are able to search for them later on. Nicholas Morris was also super helpful in his demonstration to me and showed me many things to make my life easier. I didn't realise you could have up to 99 signatures on a document and most recently that you can now be an approver of documents which will allow me to add the date at the end once the document has been signed. This means I won't need to download and upload into Adobe PDF for dating. ### 3. We tried many well-known services, and none provided us with the flexibility or support we needed. Legalesign is different, very different. Legalesign was very flexible for our various brands’ needs. The set-up process and intuitive nature of the programming have been a tremendous asset to our company. Legalesign has allowed us to simplify the onboarding process for our franchisees, and we have extended its use to all of our development deals. If there are any problems, the Helpdesk has always been outstanding. To say that they are very responsive is a vast understatement. They responded immediately and were all extremely knowledgeable, experienced, patient, helpful, and generally friendly people. Their competitors provide little to no additional support. One competitor even referred us repeatedly to one of their web pages for answers (which unfortunately was not updated to match their current program). Finally, the witness verification process with Legalesign is the only system we would trust. In fact, that was the final determining factor when we started with Legalesign. In some test runs, we were able to circumvent the verification measures used by some well-known services. As the company's Legal Department, it was unacceptable to have a program that created agreements that we may not be able to enforce. We highly recommend Legalesign to any professional service or business firm. **What do you dislike about Legalesign?** There is not much that we dislike about Legalesign. There was a learning curve when we started using the program, but the program is very intuitive and the Helpdesk is amazing. **What problems is Legalesign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Legalesign helped us to resolve three problems. First, many of our agreements were being sent by overnight courier. Legalesign has dramatically reduced our costs. Second, many of our agreements were not being executed in a timely fashion. Legalesign has reduced the turnaround time on agreements by well over one week. Finally, we were not obtaining all of the necessary signatures on agreements and sometimes had to wait for months until they were all provided. Legalesign ensures that we have all of the signatures before the agreements can be processed. ### 15. We had looked into other e- sign companies who where more expensive. Right from my first telephone call with Andreea, I knew we had made the right decision. Andreea offered us a trial and some one to one training before we even signed up. With all new products we have had some teething problems, mainly due to my lack of IT skills. But Nicholas and Andreea where always available to help me and I never waited more than an hour for a response. Highly recommend this friendly company. **What do you dislike about Legalesign?** The coding, not Legalesign fault, just can be tricky to get your head round. The software itself is very simple to use and makes sending and tracking documents really easy. **What do you dislike about Legalesign?** I have no dislikes, however as is the case with any software, there are one or two features that would be useful which aren't currently available. Having multiple signer experiences is a great feature, however for some signer roles (for example that of an Approver), subject lines aren't yet customisable. It would be ideal if subject lines were always customisable regardless of the signer experience or signer role. This UK-based company ticks all the boxes and we welcome the opportunity to recommend them. It does everything a law firm needs from electronic signing perspective to include the witnessing of documents and all at a very competitive price. The UK based support are knowledgeable and easily contactable. None of the call back procedures /set up you get with DocuSign where you have to wait for a call back and when you do get it you are away from your desk. **What do you dislike about Legalesign?** I am afraid there are no downsides. If I have to pick something, you cannot contact them 24 hours a day. We can bulk send, mail merge, attach extra files and send a personalised message in addition to getting a documents signed. Andreea could not have been more helpful or patient. We received prompt responses to every question, even before we signed up, and a check up to make sure we had everything we needed once we got started. **What do you dislike about Legalesign?** I would have liked a bulk send preview but we tested with a couple of complimentary send credits **Recommendations to others considering Legalesign:** If you are not 100% sure if this is the product for you, speak to the team. It was not immediately obvious that certain features were available, but this is a very clever product and it can do more than it seems initially **What problems is Legalesign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously we had to manually merge, print, stuff and label envelopes and drive to the post office – we then had to rely on customers having a scanner or being willing to post back signed contracts at their cost. This is a much quicker, cheaper and easier way of getting price letter contracts to a large number of customers. ### 24. It's also very helpful that they're UK based and have ISO27001 compliance. And if there is ever a problem the support and training department is AMAZING also. Nicholas Morris went beyond the call of duty during my testing stage because he even helped me outside of office hours just to get an important document sent. First question was "How likely is it that you would recommend Legalesign to a friend or colleague?"
