What do you like best about Ledgy?

The team at Ledgy have been extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our onboarding/implementation phase. This has created brilliant relationships between various stakeholders, and as a result, the team is super happy with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ledgy?

All Ledgy representatives involved have been friendly, respectful of time and business demands, and very collaborative. The platform itself is easy to use and there are options for workarounds in case your administration of options is not straightforward. Onboarding contact was responsive and helpful in implementing information, and was not pushing an unfinished onboarding onto the account manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ledgy?

Nothing yet. There could be some stakholder view improvements, but there layout is already the best I have seen, so this is marginal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ledgy?

Ledgy is a great tool to visualize the impact of equity based compensation for employees. It is rather easy to understand and offers quite some additional information on equity-based compensation in general.

It helps to move away from a pen and paper process towards a more digital solution.

The integration with standard HR tools is very smooth and uncomplicated! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ledgy?

Sadly, it does not allow really advanced analytics of the distributed equity packages from the companie's point of view.

Also requested changes might take quite some time if not in line with companie's priorities.

What needs to change is that admins can actually delete transactions as well as documents without leaving a trace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ledgy?

It works. Flexible migration/importing of data, helpful support, easy to correct errors, improving automation/workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Default reports could do with a little more thought. It took time to be able to export worthwhile cap tables into Excel. Could be more flexible in pool management, custom vesting schedules and growth shares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
