With many locations, it could be difficult to keep track of what leases increase or changes that occur throughout th elease period. Leasecake houses all the important data and lets me access it anytime and anywhere on any device. Losing a lease can cost you a business, Leasecake takes that worry away. Another nice feature is you can upload anything you want to the portal. Very thorough. Leasecake take all my leases and details that are scattered amongst many g drive folders, email and pdfs and puts them in one centeral location. Lease cake is very easy to navigate. We manage over a dozen leases with various terms and renewal dates. Leasecake's alerts are great to use. The ability to layer on permits and permit renewal dates is a time saver. I can't say enough good things about lease cake. It was a no brainer to add to our tech stack. Leasecake does exactly what it says, and ultimately that is what is most important. **What do you dislike about Leasecake?** There have not been any dislikes. That information would be very difficult to retrieve and subsequently aggregate if leasecake didnt do it for us. **What do you dislike about Leasecake?** Depending on the amount of leases that are input into leasecake, sometimes you get alot of email notifications at one time. They helped navigate the leases and other documents for 109 retail stores where we are both landlord and tenant. The platform has already built in all the key points to track while allowing customization for our unique information. Prior to Leasecake, we monitored everything through spreadsheets. Their team is personal and prompt when I have questions about features or use of the platform. **What do you dislike about Leasecake?** I would like a better system for active versus terminated locations. Currently we add "Expired" to the location, but there is no way to filter as far as I know. I would also like to be able to view/preview reports prior to having to download and create subfolders in document management. **What problems is Leasecake solving and how is that benefiting you?** A few of our locations are part of a large franchise but are individually operated and have separate leases with the operators. Before we found Leasecake, our attorney had suggested we begin abstracting our leases ourselves - that would have required HOURS of work (hours that I just don't have). On top of that, I still would have had to create a spreadsheet to keep track of all that data, plus a separate platform to set reminders and task lists, etc. Thankfully, I discovered Leasecake and it does it all! Update: Our company has undergone a restructuring that has involved making changes to a few of our leases, and Leasecake has really come through for us! It's been astronomically easier to make decisions regarding our leases when we have all of the info we need in one place. **What do you dislike about Leasecake?** The only downside is that I can't seem to figure out how to create a recurring reminder for things not explicitly in the lease (I.e. reminders to pay rent every month - not just a reminder for rent increases). This may just be a result of my ignorance rather than a missing feature, though. Update: The team at Leasecake read this review and put time on their calendars to walk me through the recurring reminder process. With that level of customer service, I can't seem to find any downsides at all! **What problems is Leasecake solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a major problem of too much data spread across too many platforms. Leasecake has greatly helped to consolidate, leaving us more time to focus on other important tasks. Update: Restructuring would have taken WEEKS longer than it has if it weren't for having all of our critical lease data in one place. This can be CAM adjustments as well as escalations. I would highly recommend this program especially to companies with multiple leases. **What do you dislike about Leasecake?** The one thing that I would like to see added to Leasecake is the ability to download the Rent Ranges into an Excel or PDF file. This would be very helpful in helping me prepare budgets and audit requests.
