**What do you like best about Learnster?**

Learnster is more than just an LMS. From the start, it was very straightforward to implement and use within our organization. Some of the features I appreciate include the course management and enrollment functionalities, as well as the course design tools that make it easy to create courses directly in the system. The analytics and depth of analysis offered are also impressive, but what has been especially valuable for me is the automatic, rule-based course assignment. Finally, I am extremely satisfied with the level of support provided. Whenever my team or I had questions or concerns, the Learnster team was always available to offer timely and helpful advice, from the smooth integration phase to our daily inquiries about maximizing the platform’s capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Learnster?**

I have two main suggestions for improvement. First, the scheduled sessions module could be enhanced, particularly regarding the invitation emails and how replies from registered participants are managed, such as distinguishing between declines and acceptances. Second, it would be helpful to have the ability to set automation rules based on custom fields of all types.

**What problems is Learnster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learnster has played a key role in helping us establish and nurture a learning culture within our organization. Managing learning for 5,000 employees after 2 consecutive mergers is a significant challenge, but with Learnster, we have been, and continue to be able to handle it efficiently and smoothly.

Straightforward and intuitive interface. The customization options really allow us to meet the needs of multiple different business units within our organization as well as adapting to local regulations and compliance needs.

**What do you dislike about Learnster?**

User management feels a bit clunky. Updating/removing profiles in bulk can be difficult which slows down some automation initiatives we are looking to do.

**What problems is Learnster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learnster allows us to really promote knowledge sharing and learning within our company and allow the subject matter experts themselves to create the courses they need for their specific learning objectives.

**What do you like best about Learnster?**

Creating courses is easy and straightforward. The automation options are good and allow you to customize the onboarding process extensively. I find the quiz modules to be quite good, and the course progression bar makes it possible to track each learner individually. The customer support is really great, and they are always helpful when an issue occur.

**What do you dislike about Learnster?**

Direct managers or team leaders are unable to see their employees' responses in the quiz modules, as this functionality is only accessible through the Studio. This limitation is inconvenient and it would be much more practical if managers could access this information directly within the Direct Reports section. Additionally, the LMS tends to be quite slow at times, often requiring frequent page refreshes just to see updates or going back to the main page.

Made our learning process more efficient while ensuring our staff stays up to date with the latest relevant knowledge and information.

Learnster has a great interface and is very easy to use. The system is easy to navigate, both as learner and while creating courses in Learnster Studio. Learnster Stuido provides great functions for being creative. Overall the system has a very good UX design.

The only thing I can think of is that when you add a text to a picture the text becomes really small.

Learnster Studio is easy to use for building courses. Since it's easy to use you don't have to "waste time", because it's very easy to understand how it works.

Nothing really. I don’t think there’s anything particularly bad about Learnster. It’s better than any other LMS I’ve worked with.

Hi! What I like the most about Learnster is how userfriendly it is! It`s also very nice to have an Academy with courses on how to create angaing courses ect! We`ve had a very good onbaording experience with Pernilla, and look forward to the road ahead.

I wish the support could have a live chat, instead of just submitting a message which may take a while to get a response.

It's an easy platform to convey company essential information that needs to be spread fast.
The team behind it is there for any need, whether it's help with small questions or it's about bigger learning blocks that need maintenance.
I really enjoy how the platform is always changing and new features are being put in (such as the AI functions that are currently under development)

**What do you dislike about Learnster?**

You are able to change quite a lot regarding your companies home interface, however it would be nice to be able to adjust the pictures slightly more than you can now, just to fit everything "perfectly".

**What problems is Learnster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, we have no sort of educational system to provide for our workers, so this system, through its mobile application use can bring about a change that is much needed.

Much is good, from an admin perspective the automation functionality and simplicity and flexibility to build courses. From an end user perepctive the layout, flexibiliy and availability (app and web) has been appreciated. 

The customer contact and onboarding experience has been professional, supportive, present, and structured. The implementation was quick and smooth from the beginning to the end !

My impession is that Learnster is a company that listens to their customers and continiously develops the system and the functionality!

**What do you dislike about Learnster?**

Of course, there is also potential for improvement, like the lack of version management, the undo functionality and the course structure in the Studio (for admins). We look forward to these improvements!

**What problems is Learnster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of compliance trainings so we keep beeing compliant.
Auto-enrollment of courses wich helps us be more effective.
Spearding internal knowledge and skills in a more structured way.

Easy to use both for admin, content creators and learners. Easy to make nice looking courses that appeals to everyone. We have had a great collaboration with our CSM and Learnster has a great customer support if you have questions.

**What do you dislike about Learnster?**

Some settings are a bit difficult to get right at first. There are also some functions that I miss in Learnster today, like the ability for managers to follow-up and see their team members result and progress.

**What problems is Learnster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

E-learning courses for our employees, courses in onboarding or other training. Learnster makes it possible to offer good digital courses in a cost effective way since we have employees all over Sweden.

Learnster helps us to keep tracking our learnings in the organisation in an easy way. And their help from their customer success manager was outstanding! Their UX.

**What do you dislike about Learnster?**

I've not found any downsides of using Learnster. Maybe it would be great to be able to build courses outside of "their way", but it's also what makes it easy to build courses, I like the intuitive way of working.

Helps us track the learning in the organisation and also makes it easier for us to see who's complient or not.

The best thing about Learnster is how user-friendly it is, whether it's from an Admin or Learner side. I was able to start the integration quite efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Learnster?**

There is honestly nothing that I dislike about Learnster.

**What problems is Learnster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that Learnster is solving is disruptions within the operations side of the organization, especially ones on a 24/7 rotation. It also puts the learners at ease with minimal effort through its many available features.

From an L&D perspective, it also puts the Instructors and Content Designers at ease. The team behind Learnster offer amazing, friendly and ever-present support.

I think the Learnster platform offers powerful features for administrators as well as a top-notch experience for the users of the system. In addition, I regard Learnster as a very competent and ambitious partner where I as a customer feel confident that the product will be further developed both based on the needs we have in our organization, and also based on the latest technological possibilities available.

I would like to have more capabilities in digging into logs of operations / messages to see what has happened in the system.

**What do you like best about Learnster?**

We were able to get great onboarding help to set up our e-learning instance of the Learnster, and to configure it to support selling e-learning courses to our customer. Throughout the creation of the first commercial course we had help through regular update meetings, giving feedback and adding advice when we needed it.

**What do you dislike about Learnster?**

A few controls (icons, and where they are located in the admin interface) are not as intuitive as they should be, although mostly, it is a great user experience.

It works also as an LMS / e-learning system for courses sold to our customers. Also it's a great learning platform for our internal learning and information sharing.

Learnster is an incredibly flexible LMS. In addition to the "classic" educational components, we also use Learnster for group work where employees are in different cities, for weekly newsletters, campaign information, etc.

**What do you dislike about Learnster?**

Now I have been thinking for 10 minutes - I can't think of anything I don't like about Learnster. All the features are there plus more, they are quick to provide feedback and help when needed, and are always open to new features and ways of working on the platform. A fantastic platform & company, simply put!

**What problems is Learnster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for one platform that could benefit many different parts of our business. Learnster was the only one that could deliver what we wanted. Some different parts we looked at were:
All different forms of e-learning/online training/teams/zoom integrated
Possibility for discussion between participants for group work
Training for behavior change with "tracker"
Campaign information to our stations
Ability to download movies and documents from the platform
Registration portal for large events
Ability to send out Newsletters/Weekly newsletters
Ability to connect Learnster with other educational providers we collaborate with
Be a one-stop-shop for the stations
Track progress and have good analysis tools

The ease of use for both the course creator and the student is outstanding for Learnster. It was one of our most important criteria when searching for an e-learning platform for the company. We received high-class service right from the first contact, and the attitude from Learnster was that "everything works out". This also turned out to be true once the onboarding started.

I can't think of anything. Learnster ticked most of our boxes, so nothing special stands out in the phase!

Now we can get a unified message out through training - to the entire organization in a structured way. Furthermore, we can reach out to customers that we wish to train. Our CSM has been truly amazing during our Learnster journey. Our experience with him has exceeded our expectations. The platform itself was easy to take into use. There are plenty of guidance and support what is essential so that we can solve issues also on our own. The tool kit for course design is super good. The minor bugs or feedback regarding the functionalities has been taken into consideration and it gives us the impression that Learnster is just as development-oriented platform like we are. Perfect match I would say. We are happy to continue evolving together with Learnster.

Some minor feature wishes we still have, but our wishes have been considered in the future improvements and actually some of them already have been changed in the latest version.

A very user-friendly platform. We conduct labor market training. Learnster has facilitated and been almost decisive for our business when we started it in connection with entering Learnster. The interface is easy to use for both teachers and students. The onboarding process went smoothly thanks to our educational and humble contact person at Learnster, who quickly gave us feedback whenever we got stuck. Despite its simplicity, after 6 months of use it feels very robust and professional. the benefits have clearly been that our students have been able to complete their courses and have been very satisfied. which further shows us that Learnster was a good choice.

**What do you dislike about Learnster?**

that the ability for students or users to upload files is missing. as well as the possibility to leave comments to the user after a completed task.. It would have been an advantage for an educational purpose to be able to leave or chat with the user. so a chat tool would have been nice.

we train adult participants. Learnster makes it possible and cost-effective to train people with different backgrounds and skills. the workload on our teachers also reduces our other overheads such as literature and paper.

My experience of being onboarded and using Learnster has been great. There are some fantastic features such as the course catalog that have really helped promote learning within my company internally. Visually the UI is very clean and easy to engage with from a learner perspective.

Some areas in the LMS could be further developed feature-wise (in terms of maturity) but this is always being addressed through consistent releases/updates and they have shown great flexibility to addressing the few issues I've found.

Learnster is easy to use yet very detailed in what it can do. I appreciate the option of enrolling people to courses that are either e-learning courses or a (blended) in-person events. Every function is well explained and serves the reason to make it as easy as possible for both the administrator and the learner. Creating e-learning courses itself is a bliss! So visually attractive and yet again super simple to learn and apply.

**What do you dislike about Learnster?**

So far there are two minor aspects that are missing on Learnster: being able to seeing people who accepted invites to in-person events and a centralised calendar view. However, the whole of Learnster is forthcoming and extremely willing to learn and adapt. I know that I can always get in touch to ask for help and they find a solution to what I need as best as they can.

Due to the charitable work we do all of our staff need to undertake a broad range of training. This has always been a huge challenge and Learnster is our tool to administer these and finally be able to keep track of attendances and compliance! Additionally, we are keen to offer as many opportunities in developmenting staff members, and this is something which Learnster is able to deliver through their resources.

It's sometimes challenging that the admin side of the system is in English when the working language in our company is Swedish. But this is mainly a problem "behind the scenes" and nothing that affects our learners.

**What do you like best about Learnster?**

Learnster is easy to use, has many good features, and looks fantastic. I have always received good treatment from the CS team.

**What do you dislike about Learnster?**

The system is primarily designed for companies with a lot of internal training (but it has improved).

**What problems is Learnster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making course material and extra resources available to our  participants. Making it possible to invite customers to special courses.
