Learnably is a great service that ive only recently started using but have already got a lot of benefit from! between books, coaches, classes and articles there is a wealth of knowledge, and even the ability to recommend resources which i think is great, the turnaround on the recommendations is also fast. the UX design could do with some slight improvement, i sometimes find it a little hard to navigate quickly to what im looking for. perhaps tiles for each section offerings with A-Z then included once you click throuh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked that it was easy to make purchases, and to know what my available budget was. There was a huge range of different things I could purchase, including very high quality works, so I didn't feel especially limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be very tedious to find what you're looking for, or what might interest you, the search algorithm is very lack-luster and there is no ability to see recommendations based on previous purchases. It is also the case that things are sometimes mislabelled, for example a copy of The Art of Computer Programming would only purchase one of the volumes, when it's a multi-volume set. I have been impressed by the sheer amount of content on Learnably, but despite the large quantity, they certainly haven't just added rubbish for the sake of having a "large" library Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only real thing I would improve on the website is how the website is used. What I mean by this is that the filters only really apply to a few pages, where it would be a lot easier to find exact content if the searching and filtering was improved and present on all pages Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Learnably makes personal and professional development easy by giving you access to a host of high-caliber resources at the click of a button. I love having a learning budget and being able to use that to invest in skills I'm most interested in. Learnably's curated and suggested content is super helpful when you're interested in specific topics and it's also great to see what my colleagues are learning on the platform too. It's impossible to buy Kindle books for Amazon NL users, which upsets, as there is no other workaround except buying hard copies. Would be nice to have it addressed as soon as possible and move toward sustainability by reading digital content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A few things that stand out for me/I like best:

1. Creating and sharing playlists internally (org level) or even from Learnably too

2. Easy discovery of other courses/articles/books

1. Often the price differences between the course/book on Learnably vs. the platform offering it. (this also applies to price differential in different countries)

2. Being unable to track the budget/account balance - like you'll have a log of deductions against those requests that you have requested on Learnably, but if there's a possibility that this same budget is considered for something that you can purchase externally and expense, but will get deducted here, one would not be able to view the log of such actions.

3. Missing popular subscriptions (not a big pain point, but I do see a few popular subscriptions like Data Camp and a few others which could be added)

4. Filtering on type of content? (not sure if that exists - but narrowing down by article/book/course, etc..) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The amount of available resources, there are materials for all different ways in which people learn, from podcasts to books to articles, regardless of how much time you have there is a resource to support your learning Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That physical books, which are very popular here are not available to a lot of our entities and therefore as HR I am purchasing the books to then send them to colleagues abroad and that is a bit of a pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Learnerbly offers a fantastic service- it helps people take charge of their learning and gets them more engaged with development. Learnerbly is only good if you want to purchase a book via Amazon. Otherwise they are very slow or most of the time they simply ignore requests to list a learning resource on their website. . Why do we need a mediator just to buy a book via Amazon? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
