I use Leapsome for surveys, 1-1s, recognition and reviews. It automates everything, which I find very useful. I really appreciate the great survey and review analytics. A feature I particularly enjoy is Leapy, the AI tool, because I can ask it any questions about my data, and it acts as an amazing assistant to fix data issues or give summaries on how we can improve. Additionally, Leapsome's integration with Slack and Teams is a huge plus for us.
