Besides having a clean and beautiful layout that makes it really easy to use and find the right tools, it requests only relevant questions about your experience in your company without taking too much of your time and they give you the choice to answer it or not, which makes the experience more comfortable. How easy it is to use, straight forward with a clear UI. The Dashboard has anything you need to check. The analytics tab is also very informative and helpful. I love its integration with Slack and Jira, makes filling out a review so seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think Leapsome has amazing customer support, whenever we needed some help with setting up our internal processes in the Leapsome platform they were always very helpful and patient with us.

Sometimes some errors occur, so I think you could test the platform more thoroughly.
I also had a feeling that some of the changes in UI are too often, like names in different sections or places where you can find information.
It can be challenging sometimes, when I have prepared a guide for the platform in my company and when I realize the next process I need to update it again because something in UI changed.
