What do you like best about Leapsome?

Sharing alongside colleagues and field manager, keeping track but also being helped to keep track by others. I think the platform is quite intuitive, the UI is great. I like the notifications that remind me that a goal deadline is coming up. It helps that all colleagues use the same system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

I would like to be able to leave comments, and for others to leave comments on various goals, milestones and meetings. Alongside a notification system inside of leapsome. I seem to miss the functionality to easily (or even) sort my goals chronologically in the all goals overview Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Leapsome?

I like to have a platform at work specially dedicated to feedback and organisational development, and also for personal growth. This is quite new for me and I love to have a space and tasks directly dedicated to this, which is super important for any organisation. The platform is super easy to understand and use, and sends the right amount of notifications when something requires attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

Nothing to dislike until now! The graphs could be more friendly, but I don't really pay much attention to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an employee, I'm a user of the platform. I really like that it provides a safe space for feedback to the organisation, along with incentivising direct feedback and assertiveness between colleagues. Having a platform specifically crafter for that is a great reminder of how important it is to share thoughts. It also sends regular surveys, so it also keeps me rather awake when it comes to evaluating my work and how I feel within the organisation. Now it's being used also for performance reviews, which is a great idea and awesome opportunity to keep a record and track the history of an employee and gives room and time for everyone to check on their career growth opportunities, learning needs, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

To be perfectly frank, my experience with Leapsome has been overwhelmingly positive, leaving me with very few bones to pick. If I were to delve into the minor quibbles, one gripe stands out: the sporadic nature of notifications for updates within the platform. Occasionally, I find myself missing notifications regarding crucial changes or discussions, which can be somewhat frustrating. However, I must acknowledge that these are minor inconveniences, and I'm perhaps grasping at straws to find anything substantial to fault Leapsome. I did not find any downsides or bugs in the platform thus I find it user friendly and easy to use.

I can see all the goals of my company's employees , I think its some unwated info and we should just see the people in my team rather then the whole organisation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have all my goals set under one UI , I dont need to track the progress on different places , I can only update at one place and have a good track.
