It's very easy to use and fun. I like the layout as it makes things easy to find what I need in terms of surveys and performance reviews. The customer service has been really great too and our implementation process has been very smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't know if this is Leapsome persay, but we had an integration with our HRIS provider and Leapsome came back with duplicate information from the HRIS provider. I do feel that there is a detection automation that Leapsome could use to ensure there is no duplicate information that the user has to comb through and delete. The input from my manager and peers is laid out in a very intuitive framework so that each reveiw cycle I walk away knowing exactly what I need to work on and where I'm performing well.

Initially I didn't like how long it took to complete a review cycle. However, at that point we were doing them every quarter. In my team we now do reviews every six months which is a good frequence. Sharing alongside colleagues and field manager, keeping track but also being helped to keep track by others. I think the platform is quite intuitive, the UI is great. I would like to be able to leave comments, and for others to leave comments on various goals, milestones and meetings. Alongside a notification system inside of leapsome. I like to have a platform at work specially dedicated to feedback and organisational development, and also for personal growth. This is quite new for me and I love to have a space and tasks directly dedicated to this, which is super important for any organisation.
