What do you like best about Leapsome?

It's very easy to use and fun. I like the layout as it makes things easy to find what I need in terms of surveys and performance reviews. The customer service has been really great too and our implementation process has been very smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

I don't know if this is Leapsome persay, but we had an integration with our HRIS provider and Leapsome came back with duplicate information from the HRIS provider. I do feel that there is a detection automation that Leapsome could use to ensure there is no duplicate information that the user has to comb through and delete. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leapsome is helping us solve the pain point we had of not being able to engage well with employees. We are designing a user friendly platform (through Leapsome) that will help us collect data regarding our employees and easily find out what is working and what is not. We will be able to get the the root of a problem quicker or identify issues before they become larger. We are scaling, so it's important that we have a steady pulse on our operations and delve into understanding employee retention and engagement unique to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
