What do you like best about Leapsome?

I love how it provides one single place to collect employee feedback, reviews, meeting notes, goals, etc. Previously we used a combination of google docs, confluence pages, google surveys, and slack messages to track feedback and goals. A lot of times this also meant some feedback fell through the cracks because so many different tools and workflows were used. Now I know I have one place I can check everything. What do you dislike about Leapsome?

As any tool there are some enhancements that could be made to the user experience. I don't always find it intuitive where to look or click within the tool. Other than that, I love everything else about it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Leapsome?

What I like the most is the graphical interface, the colors, images and how intuitive the tool is. Everything is organized in different blocks with the most important information, my tasks and assignments, my upcoming meetings and the evaluation of my performance according to my objectives. There is nothing I dislike, at first it took me a while to understand the operation and purpose of the tool, but with practice I discovered that it is very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to learn and improve my skills in some aspect of my career, as courses are assigned to me I can train, make time in my day to complete the learning paths, be aware of my performance objectives so I can discuss them later with my manager and obtain the result of my evaluation according to my performance. Would you let me update my child objectives and modify a particular aspect. Add information and share it in real time with my manager. What do you like best about Leapsome?

Leepsome has been an invaluable asset in my professional life, ensuring I'm fully prepared for every meeting. Its timely reminders and proactive approach have saved me from last-minute stress, whether it's reviewing agendas, gathering documents, or mentally preparing. It's become an indispensable tool I rely on without hesitation. It's also very convenient to have the reminders via Slack! What do you dislike about Leapsome?

Reminder settings could be more flexible. Sometimes I feel that Leapsome's reminder options are a bit limited. I wish I could have more control over when and how often they receive reminders for different meetings or tasks. Right now, Leapsome doesn't offer much flexibility in customizing reminder intervals or choosing specific days and times for reminders.
