I like Leapsome so much because it fits our day to day needs. Being one of the main people who create the team tasks and set the goals, I quite enjoy this app's capabilities of creating tasks, and setting goals. The communication tools are so well coordinated that I can invite others without the need for any struggle and prompt the team leader to give me feedback. I think that the main flaw of Leapsome is the user interface that can be not intuitive and also the loading speed is very slow. It can be irritating when I try to switch between different sections rather fast, for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My company uses Leapsome - before I joined, I had never heard of it. In my previous roles I used different platforms but switching over to Leapsome wasn't difficult at all; in fact this is probably the most straightforward and easy-to-learn solution I've ever used. I was surprised with the overall user interface. Everything was neatly categorized, with clear instructions as to my tasks. It's great having an overview of the feedback I've received, my goals, my company's org chart, and more. It's so intuitive that I didn't have to ask for help not even once. Incredibly easy to use, picked up the broad strokes of the tool very fast.
Learning paths setup by the organization are clear and use of the platform for learning is very intuitive. Organizational charts are easy to navigate, as are competency frameworks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In some learning paths I was shown only the latest due date: in some cases it is not clear that there are multiple deadlines and the only one brought to my attention was the latest deadline (would expect the earliest one). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how it provides one single place to collect employee feedback, reviews, meeting notes, goals, etc. Previously we used a combination of google docs, confluence pages, google surveys, and slack messages to track feedback and goals. A lot of times this also meant some feedback fell through the cracks because so many different tools and workflows were used. Now I know I have one place I can check everything.
