Quick and easy to use. Loads fairly quickly even with low service. An offline mode would be phenomenal

We used to have the ability to result an estimate on a phone. With the newest update on iPhone the result tab is not available anymore.

That us user friendly and pretty seamless. Everything I need is there, makes my interaction with customer at the time of pricing jobs lot mor smooth.

That I dont have the avility of just undo a step, if you mis something or make a mistake in adding a wrong item, you have to change the entire thing. So that eat up more time and get frustrating at times

I like that it can grow with our company. We are using it in a very basic way at this moment with the ability to grow more in our use.

It has taken a couple additional steps that we did not previously have to do, I wouldn't say I dislike, more have to get very used to the process of entry.

The split invoice feature has been very helpful to display the need for deposits, the proposal section is very nice as well.

The one thing I truly love about Leap is the ability to apply all things related to selling the job.  When it is packaged all together is gives me a price right away.  No more pricing everything separate.

Every now and than when I'm writing in description about the job it will not pop up.

What i like best about leap is that it is very flexiable and you can use it to what bes suites your compnay.

Leap makes it so easy to do contracts and resulting leads! I am very happy the company I work for chose to use leap.

The only thing I wish would change about leap is that it logs you out almost everytime you close the app. And does not support Face ID to log back in.

Leap has make our contracts a breeze.  It is very easy to use and not too difficult to edit.

The new dashboard is awful and I wish there was a way to keep the details from the contract saved to Leap so sales reps don't have to reenter all the information.

Leap makes it very possible to quickly assess and determine what is needed for a customer and from customer. Also, very helpful having every single resource available.

Connectivity issues. With no or little reception in the field leap is very hard to work.

Leap offers the Salesman everything he/she needs to accurately estimate the job, figure discounts, and close the sale.
No more charge backs for items missing from the agreement. Once the contract is done every department gets what they need for billing, production, scheduling,etc. It is very useful

I have found through my experience in using Leap that the process is very simple.   The support team does an excellent job and helping out whenever there is a question or concern. During the sales process everything is straightforward and easy to access.  There are many possibilities and there doesn't seem to be any limitations in regard to products or services offered from each individual company.

Every once in a while there might be a upload failure that requires further assistance.

It's not as easy to get to past customers and see what you said about the appointment. You can find it but its not straight forward.

Do NOT SIGN A 12 Months Contract. After discuss with sales, Andrew, I was  with a good impression. He is a wast. The software and app doesn't worth much at all. It doesn't have nothing extra to offer. The onboarding process will take longer so they eat your monthly subscription.
$198 for nothing, locked into a 12 months BECAUSE IT DOES NOT WORTH. 
All other free apps and invoices can do the something FREE. 
Doesn't offer nothing but the 12 months contract.

Doesn't have anything to justify $198.00 - That's why they lock you into a 12 months contract. You don't realize after 3 or 4 charges... they do. ot onboard fast, only Miss Song does onboarding... she can't handle. You are into a 12 months, what to do?

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doesn't solve anything, doesn't work the app properly. The app can't do much at all, contract with digital sign, price is hard to understand. My sales team juat dont use, don't like ...Any free estimate, Invoice app will do much better; the 12 months contract is for a reson.

All of my correspondence with my customers is all in one place. It's very simple for customers to respond to emails, text message and approve proposals.

The reports need some work as they are quite often inaccurate.

I quite often have to refer to plans, drawings, customer correspondence, proposals, estimates, photos, etc and it is all in one place listed under the cutomers name.

Efficiently merges pricelist, paperless contracts, CRM intergration, and resources into 1 easy use app.  A gamechanger for home services.

Can have some issues saving & sending information when there isn't a reliable signal.

Pricelist is easy to update and virtually fool-proof for in-home selling.
