## LeanScale Reviews
  ### 1. Exceptional Partner for RevOps Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alice L. | BizOps Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about LeanScale?**

I find LeanScale really helpful in managing our Salesforce platform. They've helped us build a relatively robust Salesforce instance, aiding in account prioritization, territory planning, and tracking revenue and ARR for both sales-led and product-led consumption revenue. Beyond that, LeanScale has been a great thought partner in building out tracking tools. They're super fast to iterate and execute, so I can always count on them to prioritize, get things done, and stay organized amidst our many priorities. They're also insightful partners, bringing experience from other companies that have implemented similar solutions. I appreciate their openness and clarity during our regular meetings, where they share their progress, align with our requests, and flag potential issues before we notice them. Their quality of work is impressive, and they feel like an integral part of the team. Spending time with them is something I enjoy, as they're just great people to work with. All of these make LeanScale an awesome partner to work with.

**What do you dislike about LeanScale?**

N/A

**What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeanScale is great for managing our Salesforce, helping with account prioritization, territory planning, tracking revenue, and ARR. They're fast at execution, prioritize well, and are great thought partners. They flag issues early, bring external insights, and are a pleasure to work with.

  ### 2. LeanScale Turns RevOps Strategy into Hands-On, Real-World Execution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas B. | Manager, RevOps, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about LeanScale?**

What I like best about LeanScale is that they combine strategic RevOps thinking with hands-on execution. They are not just giving high-level recommendations; they are helping us actually design, document, and implement the systems and processes we need.

Their team understands how GTM teams operate in practice, and they have been helpful in turning messy operational requirements into structured workflows, field architecture, lifecycle stages, and system changes.

**What do you dislike about LeanScale?**

There is not much I would point to as a major downside. Like any RevOps or systems project, the work requires a lot of internal alignment, clear ownership, and fast feedback from our team to keep things moving.

The main challenge is that these projects can touch several teams and systems at once, so the process can feel complex if internal priorities or requirements are not clearly defined upfront.

**Recommendations to others considering LeanScale:**

Come prepared with clear business goals, access to the right systems, and the internal stakeholders needed to make decisions quickly. LeanScale can be very helpful, but the value is highest when your team is ready to engage deeply and provide context around your GTM motion.

I would recommend them for companies that need more than basic admin support and are looking for a partner to help improve RevOps architecture, lifecycle design, quote-to-cash, reporting, and GTM systems as they scale.

**What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeanScale is helping us build a more scalable go-to-market operating system. They are supporting us across HubSpot architecture, lifecycle stage design, quote-to-cash, CPQ, revenue recognition, and the handoffs between Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product.

The biggest benefit is that we are moving from manual, fragmented processes to clearer workflows, cleaner data, and more reliable systems. This gives our Sales team a better process for managing deals and quoting, gives leadership better visibility into pipeline and forecasting, and gives Finance and CS more dependable subscription, billing, renewal, and expansion data.

  ### 3. A partner that feels like an extension of our team, and data we finally trust.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie D. | Marketing Coordinator B2B, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about LeanScale?**

They are kind, they are responsive to an almost unrealistic degree, and they genuinely feel like an extension of our internal team rather than an outside vendor. The thing we appreciate most is that we have never had to hold their hand or chase them down. They see a problem, they own it, they handle it. That kind of partner is hard to find.

**What do you dislike about LeanScale?**

I could never say a bad thing. I'm so happy we found them.

**Recommendations to others considering LeanScale:**

If I could give one piece of advice, it is to NOT wait. You are going to wish you had brought them in sooner.

There is never a shortage of work on our end, and if anything, we wish we had more dedicated hours with them. I truly cannot imagine not working with them. They are part of our team.

**What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we brought this team on, we were operating without a dedicated system admin, and honestly, it showed. Our instance had accumulated a fair amount of technical debt, configurations that had never been properly set up, and workarounds that had become the norm. What this team was able to do was come in, assess the full scope of the problem, and clean things up at a scale that would have taken us significantly longer to tackle on our own.
Beyond the cleanup, they identified optimization opportunities we hadn't even flagged, and layered in new functionality that has genuinely changed how we operate day to day. The biggest shift has been in reporting. We went from manually pulling data and second-guessing the numbers to actually trusting what we see in the system. They have given us confidence in our rev ops again.

  ### 4. Exceptional Solution for Revenue and Operations Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel H. | Solar Energy Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about LeanScale?**

I love how LeanScale helps streamline our dashboarding and reporting, which has really improved our revenue ops side of things. Their ability to organize and clean up our CRM ensures that data is clean for reporting and analytics, creating a clear pathway for revenue growth. I appreciate LeanScale's practical approach in problem-solving, offering multiple options to choose the best one that fits our business. LeanScale's expertise in implementing, fine-tuning, and optimizing our HubSpot CRM and using Clay AI to enrich our data really stands out. Their consultative approach and dedication provide us with an exceptional ability to grow our business, identifying the tools and resources we need at critical times. Overall, I am very satisfied with LeanScale's customer service and consultative approach, and I would definitely work with them again.

**What do you dislike about LeanScale?**

N/A

**What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LeanScale to streamline dashboarding and reporting, clean up our CRM, and create clear pathways for revenue growth. They identify business shortcomings and provide practical solutions without overcomplicating things, which helps us choose the best options for our needs.

  ### 5. A True Partner and Thought Leader

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David B. | GTM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about LeanScale?**

I appreciate the fact that they are a real partner and thought leader for us.

**What do you dislike about LeanScale?**

Sometimes it's hard for us to keep track of all the different things that we're working on together. That being said, that could be more about us than them.

**Recommendations to others considering LeanScale:**

The reality is, for many organizations, their process is more valuable than their product. The way that you make money should always be inspected and refined. I would highly consider that organizations leverage LeanScale for a diagnostic engagement to see where and how they could partner together.

**What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeanScale is an absolute partner in our go‑to‑market motion. They are experts when it comes to our technology stack as well as our business processes. They help us uncover bottlenecks for our go‑to‑market employees—from marketing to sales to customer support and customer experience. They are absolutely instrumental in how we orchestrate our systems and succeed as a company.

  ### 6. The Ultimate Partner for Scaling and Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie W. | Director Growth Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about LeanScale?**

We've been working with LeadScale for the past six months, and they've quickly established themselves as a high-impact strategic partner. After evaluating several options, we ultimately selected LeadnScale due to its ability to move quickly and align with our preferred pace of execution. They've delivered on that promise. They've created meaningful value across our revenue function, particularly in accelerating our adoption and integration of Clay. Their team has not only helped us scale our Clay instance but also elevated how we leverage AI across our workflows, driving both efficiency and strategic decision-making. What sets LeanScale apart is its depth of experience and strategic perspective. They operate as true thought partners, with a strong point of view on AI-driven RevOps and GrowthOps and a clear understanding of how to optimize within complex tech stacks. Their guidance across platforms like Clay, Salesforce, and HubSpot has been consistently insightful and actionable. I would confidently recommend LeanScale to any organization looking to modernize and scale their RevOps and GrowthOps capabilities.

**What do you dislike about LeanScale?**

There isn't much to dislike. They deliver what they say they will.

**What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeanScale helped us scale up our Clay instance and integrate and adopt it successfully. They improve efficiency with AI tools and are thought leaders in AI RevOps and GrowthOps.

  ### 7. Premium RevOps Partner That Elevates CRM, Reporting, and Process Design

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke M. | Head of Finance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about LeanScale?**

What sets them apart:

* Responsiveness. They move fast and don't let things sit.
* Range. They can engage on strategy, tooling, reporting, and process equally well.
* Problem solving. They don't just answer the question you ask. They identify what you actually need.

**What do you dislike about LeanScale?**

The one thing to know going in: they cost more than alternatives. But we've used other providers and the difference in quality is real. This is a case where you get what you pay for.

**Recommendations to others considering LeanScale:**

Recommended for: early-stage companies that want a serious RevOps function without building it in-house, and growth-stage companies that need bandwidth or specialized project support.

**What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We brought LeanScale in as our outsourced RevOps function and they've exceeded expectations across the board. The team brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution, which is rare. When we have a problem, they engage fast and come with creative solutions, not just answers to the question we asked.

  ### 8. Communicative, Transparent, and Reliable—Well Worth It

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about LeanScale?**

They are communicative, transparent, reliable, and intelligent as well as very easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about LeanScale?**

No real downsides. They are somewhat pricey, but well worth it.

**Recommendations to others considering LeanScale:**

Request Izzy N and Christopher M to be on your Hubspot project :)

**What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeanScale has been a crucial partner in our RevOps 'relaunch' initiative. Their work has included complete field audits in several Hubspot objects, complete review of automations, and data audits. They have also both led new process implementations as well as provided guidance on internally led process initiatives. Additionally, they have coordinated comms with external vendors to help us with various integrations. Currently they are wrapping up a vastly improved lead scoring model that will drive significant efficiency improvements to our top-of-funnel outreach efforts.

  ### 9. Detailed Plans, Effective Communication, but Needs Better PM Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about LeanScale?**

I appreciate how LeanScale is very detailed in their plans, making sure to get sign-off on majorly impactful areas, which is crucial when dealing with a CRM system. The fact that they have a team of specialists has been hugely beneficial, helping us to improve in areas including Hubspot, Snowflake, and Clay. They communicate fully and frequently, which is not always common with other agencies. Our point of contact, Derek, is absolutely fantastic, and I'm impressed with their quick responses. They've helped us with innovative solutions needed over the course of the project.

**What do you dislike about LeanScale?**

The system they use for project management is not user friendly for getting a high level view of the entire project where you can easily drill down. This leads to communication breakdown and struggles internally reporting on milestones.

**What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeanScale is helping us improve data hygiene, eliminate tech debt, and standardize processes for better pipeline monitoring. This speeds up closing deals and makes data governance easier.te.

  ### 10. Sales Optimization and Revenue Boosts with LeanScale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

I love the people that we get to work with at LeanScale - it feels as if they are truly part of our team. They give us tons of support and it's fun to work with them!

**What do you dislike about LeanScale?**

I wouldn't say I dislike this, but because they work with multiple departments within our organization it sometimes feels unfair to ask for urgency around projects - but they still return deliverables in a very timely manner.

**What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeanScale helps with our sales and revenue operations, like targeting the right accounts, lead routing and helping us optimize vendor relationships. They improve our workflows with data, automation, and offer valuable suggestions for growth.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cailin S. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about LeanScale?**

I find LeanScale to be very communicative and appreciate their ability to deliver on time while keeping in contact throughout the process. The regular check-ins and the Slack group for quick communication are some specific aspects of their service I value. Furthermore, they are a strong HubSpot partner, which is important for any RevOps processes in HubSpot. This partnership potential, especially for fixing our lead attribution and reporting, is a significant plus for me.

**What do you dislike about LeanScale?**

Honestly nothing

**What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeanScale helped us improve HubSpot hygiene, enhanced inbound lead enrichment, cleaned our database, and set us up to scale.

**Reviewed by:** Alastair W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about LeanScale?**

The team is incredibly efficient and professional. Some of the smartest people I've worked with and on top of that they are well-organized. Unlike most vendors who say they will become an "extension of your team", Leanscale actually feels like part of the team.

**What do you dislike about LeanScale?**

Honestly can't think of anything I dislike about them.

**Recommendations to others considering LeanScale:**

They execute well across all departments. They aren't better in one area vs another. They can truly help your entire business and help define the project.

I had the good forune of being an early client, and have had the chance to watch the team scale. If you get the chance, spend as much time as you can with Cam, Izzy and Anthony. They are great at what they do, open to helping find solutions for whatever problems you have and they genuienly care.

**What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a small team, and LeanScale gave us the ability to focus on what we're good at while having a structurally sound CRM and go-to-market ops team backing us up.

  ### 15. A Killer Account Team That Solve Just About Anything In StartUp Ops

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about LeanScale?**

Our account manager, [redacted], and GTM Engineer Rodolfo are a killer combo. There isn’t much they can’t solve together, and they bring a wealth of experience to the table.

**What do you dislike about LeanScale?**

While they staff their teams well, they're not full-time members of our team so there are some access limitations that reduce their potential to help us.

**What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leanscale has helped us build scoring, workflows, reporting, and targeting that has been critical to our business.

  ### 16. Highly Responsive Team and a Worthwhile Investment

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about LeanScale?**

Everyone on the team was very responsive during our engagement.

**What do you dislike about LeanScale?**

I have not had any interactions that would lead me to think anything was "least helpful". Cost is a major factor of course, but at this point I can say that the investment was well worth it.

**What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Large data cleanup, workflow restructuring, and implementation of several new platforms.

  ### 17. Super Responsive, Action-Oriented Support Built for Future Growth

  ### 19. Closest thing to an in-house RevOps + Marketing Ops partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about LeanScale?**

The team are leaned in, responsive, and thorough. For an outside partner, they act about as close to an in-house RevOps/Marketing Ops function as you can hope fo.

**What do you dislike about LeanScale?**

That we don't pay for more hours to get even more out of them.

**What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeanScale is helping our startup with RevOps and Marketing Ops, leveling up our data hygiene, systems, operations, and processes.

  ### 20. A refreshing take on RevOps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2024

**What do you like best about LeanScale?**

The likelihood of the problem in which you are trying to solve, or process to improve upon, Leanscale likely has experience and learnings from other customers. While it may not exactly fit your organization it's reassuring to know 1) I'm not alone 2) How did you solve this for others? What worked? What didn't and how can apply into our organization 3) Crawl, walk, run - Start simple and refine over time

**What do you dislike about LeanScale?**

Honestly nothing really comes to mind. It's not to say their perfect, but anytime there's been misalignment or the need to re-evaluate they are very receptive to feedback and committed to making it right. Likewise, they are great at holding us accountable to ensure we are providing what it expected for mutual success.

**Recommendations to others considering LeanScale:**

Come in with an open mindset; be receptive to feedback and open to change - otherwise why bother??

**What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a small rev ops team, with an overly complicated deployment of Salesforce. We lacked trust in the data contained within, and the ability to make sense of our successes (or not), and lacked alignment across the business. As we experienced turnover within the revops team, we discovered much of the processes were not documented with a lot of tribal knowledge lost. They also tended to look at problems in a silo and not across the business.

Leanscale brought us a refreshing perspective, improved reporting, simplified SFDC with the right amount of automation for our team, and the ability for us to look back retrospectively (quarterly) - trends, analysis and user feedback.

  ### 21. RevOps as a Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafael L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2023

**What do you like best about LeanScale?**

LeanScale is constantly improving and bringing new ideas to our team. They become part of your team, trustworthy partners.

**What do you dislike about LeanScale?**

Nothing to report. Our partnership with LeanScale has been excellent so far, and I anticipate that we will continue to work together for the foreseeable future.

**Recommendations to others considering LeanScale:**

I strongly suggest considering the services of the LeanScale team. It's important to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of hiring your own RevOps staff versus utilizing experienced professionals in the field such as LeanScale.

**What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At our company, we have implemented RevOps best practices with the help of LeanScale, which has improved our sales practices greatly. Instead of hiring a RevOps staff, we were able to benefit from LeanScale's years of experience, great tools, and team, all for the same price. The decision to bring them on board was an easy one.

  ### 22. LeanScale -- the external team of your dreams!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2023

**What do you like best about LeanScale?**

Their response time is second to none! We usually have at least an initial response within minutes and problem solves follow promptly. We never have to remind them of agreed project dates; they are very on top of the shared schedule of operations.

**What do you dislike about LeanScale?**

I'm an honest reviewer and I truly do not have a single bad thing to say about LeanScale. They have been one of the greatest teams I've worked with in my career and look forward to continuing with them.

**Recommendations to others considering LeanScale:**

Don't hesitate -- get them contracted ASAP. The sooner you work with the LS team, the sooner your business will thrive. They are on top of everything and constant communicators; they truly feel like internal resources. A RARE find in the SalesOps world.

**What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeanScale has been implemental in aiding our Sales and Revenue Operations. Their impact was felt immediately with no down time time spent onboarding them to the complexities of our unique business. The team is sharp, dedicated and communicates at an extremely high level. They are also kind and respectful across the board; a true pleasure to work with!

I like that LeanScale is able to execute on asks and I have confidence that things will be implemented the right way. I deliver my needs and they return with best practices or options to consider to implement.

**What do you dislike about LeanScale?**

I don't hav eany issues. We are scaling and expect to expand the work with the LeanScale team.

**Recommendations to others considering LeanScale:**

I highly recommend exploring LeanScales options before building out a RevOps team.

**What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeanScale has built out and continues to refine our sales reporting infrastructure and board reporting processes. We're are too early to build out a dedicated team for these activities and frankly I don't anticipate having to build out a team because I know LeanScale can grow with us.

  ### 24. Amazing Rev Ops support, great advice too

**What do you dislike about LeanScale?**

Can't really think of anything here, I am a satisfied customer.

**Recommendations to others considering LeanScale:**

If you're a start-up / scale-up, the first two things investors and prospective investors are going to ask you about are revenue and pipeline. 0ith LeanScale we've always had a tight handle on performance, backed by robust data and beautiful reporting. You should too.

**What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Holding ourselves accountable, delivering great performance, and reporting on the outcomes. We are focused, we know who owns opportunities, and we don't waste any time thinking about admin.
