LeanIX EAM is very extensible and with some thought and planning can help solve a number of inventory issues.
It is easy to use and the license model means it is open to everyone without beign expensive.

LeanIX is a great tool to start your EA practice journey. Its prebuilt framework allows to create models very quickly to show how the current technology landscape supports the business.
Prebuilt reports also support use cases like Application Portfolio Management quickly and efficiently.

LeanIX has enabled our organisation to provide insights into our technology environment, including current and future state. All without the architect having to be in the room. The ability to quickly establish dashboards and portals for specific user groups as well as the overall ease of use has enable us to scale our architecture practice - only 10% of our user bases is in the architcture team. It is more geared towards a one-time transformation project that helps you identify the initial "low hanging fruit" to address in your IT landscape. Ongoing annual cycles can be more of a challenge because this product assigns responsibilities to individuals rather than organisational positions.
