**What do you like best about LeanData?**

I love how easy and versatile LeanData is for managing otherwise complex territories and routing rules. With many publications and verticals each having individual routing rules, LeanData is the only tool capable of handling this complexity with ease. I also appreciate the fuzzy match algorithm that effectively flags leads alongside the correct account. LeanData's visual drag-and-drop canvas is very helpful, allowing logic to keep up with changes, manage exceptions, and test accurately, which removes bottlenecks and ensures accuracy and speed in lead routing.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

We have unique OOO rules for our reps, which don't align with native functionality and force us to purchase additional seats purely for OOO usage. We have hacks to get around this but it would be great to have more flexibility there. There was also a learning curve, which was about 8 years ago now.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LeanData to catch duplicate records, improve CRM data quality, reduce manual error-prone lead routing and assignments, and improve speed to lead. It lets me manage complex territories and routing rules with ease, eliminating team bottlenecks and ensuring accurate, speedy lead routing.

While they are always releasing new features, the release time seems a bit long, likely only because we are so anxious on what they are rolling out

Do it!  Best decision you'll ever make!  Hands down BEST integrated app in the Salesforce ecosystem

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently using LeanData for Lead Conversion  (we do not use the normal Lead process),  Duplicate Management, Contact Routing, Demo Opportunity Routing, Renewal Opportunity Routing, and Account Assignment.  The LeanData platform is very intuitive and easy to learn. Pool Management is straight forward and easily adaptable for non-tech savy users as well.

Implementation was smooth and thorough. We are able to pivot territories and account ad hoc as needed allowing for the sales motion to be truly driven by strategy and not operational concerns.

It would be nice to be able to edit the matched contact and leads based on node information.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

I find LeanData very reliable, especially since it's natively integrated with Salesforce, which means I encounter a lot fewer issues overall. The product does what it promises, and it's easy to audit processes to see what's working or not. I also appreciate the ability to test through the flow with specific records before setting it live. LeanData's system is important for making sure tools work well together and business processes are followed, especially because it's responsible for routing some of our highest priority leads.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

I haven't seen as much on the AI product development as other technology we work with. I think that's the one area for potential work for LeanData is just getting AI capabilities in there because I do see a lot of ways in which it could make the product more impactful.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LeanData to route leads efficiently, automate follow-ups, and integrate notifications via Slack, which keeps our XDR team efficient.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

Leandata completely automates our inbound routing and outbound account assignment, enforcing SLAs, increasing speed to lead, and disqualifying the noise. It also plays well with the rest of our tech stack from 6Sense to Qualified to Pardot to Slack.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

Difficult to scenario test new routing and troubleshoot routing errors. The functionality is there, it's just a little more cumbersome than I would like.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Obviously inbound routing, but also account assignment for our outbound reps. In conjunction with 6Sense we're able to qualify and assign accounts based on intent data and enforce SLAs via Leandata. Routing and RoE and SLAs are handled in the background and we don't have to worry about it.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

I like that LeanData gives you the freedom to do most things, even though it's a bit complicated, which is needed for solving complex business problems. The visual mapping is easy to see, and I really enjoy having all my processes mapped out visually. The flexibility it offers is another great aspect. I love how if I have a problem, it's straightforward to check the log, see where someone got tripped up in the router, and even understand how to fix it. LeanData also makes it easier to clean data before it enters the router. I appreciate the various matching, routing, and updating features that LeanData has, making it easier to identify and address problems visually. The initial setup was technically very easy, and we had a fantastic implementation person, Julio, who was amazing to work with.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

It is a bit complicated. I feel like there are many areas of the product that I don't understand. I wish it was a bit more intuitive. I also wish that the book it tool was more integrated with the router, so you could route to somebody and then give them their schedule, as they're kind of two separate products right now.

LeanData helps route opportunities through our complicated business process, manage duplicate contacts, and streamline account ownership. It smooths routing, matching, and assignment processes, essential for managing multiple products and account layers effectively.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

I find LeanData really valuable because it offers assignment automation and integrates with Bookit for instant scheduling. It has a built-in connection inside Salesforce, which means there's no need to leave your day-to-day workflow. It is easy to access, allowing me to adjust and natively assign users within our system to align perfectly with our sales model. LeanData also integrates with our Gong Engage, Salesforce instance, and website seamlessly. The initial setup was really easy, thanks to well-structured onboarding hours that allowed us to set up quickly.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

I think the overall tool is pretty easy to use. The only thing I would work on making more intuitive is adjusting the Bookit links. There are many options, and some of them work for the same thing, so making this a little bit less complex could lead to the same end result.

I use LeanData for assignment automation and instant scheduling through Bookit. It enables smooth transitions in assignments, eliminating outdated and error-prone manual processes.

I like how LeanData is user-friendly and feels like a true extension of our CRM, not just an additional tool. I love how flexible and customizable it is, allowing us to tailor it to our exact needs, especially since our business processes are unique and require that kind of flexibility. It works flawlessly with our unique processes and types of records in our CRM. Setting it up was very easy as we could do a self-implementation with the support we needed.

I think some more reporting out of LeanData would be nice. I'd love to have more out-of-the-box types of reports and dashboards that could give us insights on how LeanData is functioning. I'd love to see specific metrics around timeframes, frequency, errors, merges, etc.

LeanData increases our speed to lead, maintains clean and accurate CRM data, and drives collaboration across teams.

I find LeanData incredibly easy to use, especially the drag-and-drop features which allow me to adjust graphs effortlessly. I find the testing environment of LeanData challenging, as it's not easy to connect and test the graph with CRM sandbox environments. Additionally, the reporting and analytics features appear outdated. It would be beneficial to have both production and testing environments set up within the same tenant account to facilitate quick testing of new graphs with dummy data before utilizing them on production data.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

I just want to say that working with Stevanie is magical.  In a world where support is run by Chatbots , it's nice to talk to someone who is an absoulte pro.  Stevanie will obsess about your issue until she finds the best solution.  I appreaciate that so much.  Lean Data management, please give Stevanie her own parking spot with her name on it and a healthy raise because she is simply amazing at her job.  You can tell she really loves working there too.  I love the product, but the support I got from Stevanie is worth the price of the product alone.  Thank You!!!

I wish the merge lead functionality was a little more customizable.

I like how LeanData is easy to use, and the flowbuilder map functions well with the job it's trying to do. The visual representation is good, which allows me to see the journey of a record through the system, update as needed, assign as needed, and add automations with just some clicks and dragging of a shape.

It's hard to understand how to use LeanData outside of basic routing. There needs to be more focus on the orchestration and upsell motion, etc.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

I appreciate that LeanData is almost right every time, which helps significantly in resolving many issues with lead routings. It minimizes the need for manual work, saving time and reducing errors in our processes. The setup was pretty easy, largely due to the very helpful implementation team, which made the transition smooth and efficient. Additionally, LeanData's integration with tools like ZoomInfo and HubSpot further enhances its utility and streamlines our workflow. Overall, I think LeanData is great and reliable as it consistently meets our needs, and I'm so satisfied with the service that I would highly recommend it to others, rating it a perfect 10 out of 10.

I like that LeanData helps us route leads to the correct BDR to schedule calls right when they submit a demo request form, which has shortened our time to schedule calls and helped book more calls. We got up and running very quickly, and it was easy to configure. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, and the team at LeanData was super helpful in getting things set up.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

Creating the routing can be complex if you are not used to creating this type of automation or are not familiar with the logic.

LeanData routes leads to the right BDR to schedule calls as soon as they submit a demo request, reducing our scheduling time and increasing booked calls.

I just love the automation of LeanData. It's helped a lot with improving our go-to-market function, and it's been really easy to navigate and use over the years. It really helps increase speed to lead by automating the assignment of leads to previous account owners if they're already assigned to someone in our system. If a lead drops in, our sales team can see it and take action straight away.

I appreciate LeanData for its clarity and user-friendliness, especially in lead and account matching. It enhances our targeted outreach efforts, reducing duplication, and allows us to better manage our leads. The tool integrates well with Salesforce, and I find it one of the best for lead tagging and account matching.

I find it challenging to configure LeanData with HubSpot because it primarily integrates with Salesforce CRM. This limitation disrupts our lead funnel flow as HubSpot is our marketing automation tool. I wish LeanData could directly plug into HubSpot to better align with our processes. Although it gets clearer over time, the initial setup was somewhat difficult due to this lack of integration. I would prefer if LeanData was based directly out of any marketing automation tool rather than solely from a CRM.

LeanData clarifies lead to account matching and tagging, prevents duplicate outreach, and integrates well with Salesforce, improving our outreach efficiency.

Some of the flow graph node names can be a bit confusing. While the nodes offer many helpful built-in features, their short labels can make it hard to remember what each one actually does. That said, the documentation is very helpful, and this is certainly not a dealbreaker!

We use LeanData to route incoming prospects and BookIt to handle calendar bookings. Its biggest advantage is that it quickly and accurately matches each prospect with the best-fit Sales representative based on a highly customizable configuration.

Some features that exist in LeanData standard routing do not have the same equivalent in BookIt. Feels like there's a big opportunity to get feature parity across both products that would make customers of both products lives a lot easier.

The layout of the graphs makes everything visual and clear to understand; love the ability to color code and annotate everything.

It's a double edged sword - it can do anything, which means you need to have a very clear point of view on what you want to use it for, or else you can get lost in the complexity and nuance.

Along with our primary use of lead routing to our BDR team, we've moved several critical workflows out of Salesforce and into LeanData because the maintenance is easier and the built-in country verification reduces manually created exceptions. I was able to upskill multiple team members in to the ecosystem relatively quickly and as a result have more LD administrators than any other tool other than Salesforce. Their customer support is some of the friendliest I've ever encountered.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

There are some ease of use functionality they are still missing (copying logic rules, renaming the default path) and we still fight occasionally with getting the same lead routed twice due to rapid updates and I'd love to see better reporting rather than using Salesforce.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed to lead, we are able to get leads into the correct BDRs hand in an average of 2.5 minutes from MQL, including all the enrichment and routing and deduping. LD is responsible for all out country normalization and territory assignment, as well as keeping our account assignments, ownership policies and account lifecycle activities accurate and up to date.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

The LeanData Lead and Contact Router have turned a previously very time intensive process into an automated and time saving inbound flow. Also having a tool to manage this has enabled us to create a unified approach in lead routing. 

We have also seen success in BookIt for some geographic areas. By cutting down our response time, we have seen improvements in our inbound to deal time frame. 

Our customer success manager and the general LeanData support team are always eager and quick to support us in any development questions or technical issues.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

Technically in the platform there are sometimes some aspects that create quite some time intensive maintenance. 

For example our organization has a lot of different Round Robin Pools, and keeping them all up to date for the lead, contact and BookIt router can be quite time intensive and sometimes lead to pool mangers forgetting to update each location. 

Also it is not possible to use the same territory manager in both the lead and the contact router, which also causes double the amount of maintenance if updates need to be made.

It is mainly helping us in matching the prospect with the correct sales person faster, and increasing awareness around new requests with more comprehensive notification to Sales.

The ability to help non-technical/operations people understand routing, decisions, expectations, logs, etc. is absolutely amazing. Being able to open a log and *see* how decisions were made is a huge benefit.
Additionally, the Support team from LeanData is spectacular. They work hard to review graphs and answer some pretty detailed questions, as well as supply workarounds or improved ideas.

Flows/Apex can capture way more data from related records, and have more functionality in how/when changes can be allocated.

Very customized routing of records across multiple teams and business units. We also have other systems connected within the graphs for Slack alerting, Sequence assignment, etc.

LeanData makes it really easy for us to build out all of our routing in one place. I've been able to simplify our routing process and make it easy to follow as other people evaluate the graph. The interface is easy to use and has been very helpful.

Sometimes it is a little difficult working across objects since there is some limitations around that, but most things are able to be solved with a simple workaround.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use LeanData for routing our inbound leads and deduplicating accounts/contacts. We are able to have a simple graph that allows us to have complex routing in place, but it is easy to understand for those that look at it. It also gives us matching and merging through the LeanData app which is a much more user friendly interface than the Salesforce default.
