"User-Friendly and Flexible with Stellar Support"

What do you like best about LeanData?

I love how LeanData is user-friendly, making it easy and quick to make changes and test workflows. The support team is fantastic, and the support articles are great. I appreciate the flexibility and customization LeanData offers.

What do you dislike about LeanData?

Audit log investigations took time to onboard how to use these features.

What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use LeanData for quicker processing, routing, and lead matching. It's user-friendly, has fantastic support, and allows easy customization. I can quickly make changes and test workflows, which streamlines operations and improves speed to lead.

"Stevanie is simply incredible!"

What do you like best about LeanData?

I just want to say that working with Stevanie is magical. In a world where support is run by Chatbots , it's nice to talk to someone who is an absoulte pro. Stevanie will obsess about your issue until she finds the best solution. I appreaciate that so much. Lean Data management, please give Stevanie her own parking spot with her name on it and a healthy raise because she is simply amazing at her job. You can tell she really loves working there too. I love the product, but the support I got from Stevanie is worth the price of the product alone. Thank You!!!

What do you dislike about LeanData?

I wish the merge lead functionality was a little more customizable.

Better routing and the data tables is a real nice feature.

"Better Visualizer than Flows"

What do you like best about LeanData?

The ability to help non-technical/operations people understand routing, decisions, expectations, logs, etc. is absolutely amazing. Being able to open a log and *see* how decisions were made is a huge benefit.

Additionally, the Support team from LeanData is spectacular. They work hard to review graphs and answer some pretty detailed questions, as well as supply workarounds or improved ideas.

What do you dislike about LeanData?

Flows/Apex can capture way more data from related records, and have more functionality in how/when changes can be allocated.

What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?

Very customized routing of records across multiple teams and business units. We also have other systems connected within the graphs for Slack alerting, Sequence assignment, etc.

"Streamlines Demo Bookings with Ease"

What do you like best about LeanData?

I like that LeanData helps us route leads to the correct BDR to schedule calls right when they submit a demo request form, which has shortened our time to schedule calls and helped book more calls. We got up and running very quickly, and it was easy to configure. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, and the team at LeanData was super helpful in getting things set up.

What do you dislike about LeanData?

Creating the routing can be complex if you are not used to creating this type of automation or are not familiar with the logic.

What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?

LeanData routes leads to the right BDR to schedule calls as soon as they submit a demo request, reducing our scheduling time and increasing booked calls.

"Exceptional Lead Management with Visual Clarity"

What do you like best about LeanData?

I really appreciate LeanData's auditing capabilities; they are excellent. It's easy to see what LeanData did with the leads that come in and how it affects the records it touches. The visual graph feature is just great compared to competitors. LeanData's audit trails are key for figuring out how data gets set, which makes troubleshooting existing processes and fixing issues really easy, ensuring they don't happen again. The initial setup was really easy, thanks to a great onboarding process, and it's simple to understand and start building with the graphs.

What do you dislike about LeanData?

The automation in LeanData isn't always instant, which sometimes causes a slight delay. This delay can occasionally conflict with other automations in the system, requiring revops to figure out which automation should take priority.

What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?

LeanData helps with incoming lead routing, account assignment, and notifications for sales and marketing. It converts leads to existing accounts and is useful for account-based marketing. Its audit trails aid in troubleshooting and improving processes.

"Decade Long Fan"

What do you like best about LeanData?

As a power user for over 10 years, I like that Leandata is always finding new ways to fill gaps. They continue to innovate and get in the mind of an operations person. It's intuitive, easy to use and we've rarely run into issues that we couldn't solve through Leandata. I also love how many partners are part of the ecosystem, allowing us to create tighter processes and seamless integrations. The support team has also been amazing in helping us find the right solution to set up the cleanest and most scalable logic.

What do you dislike about LeanData?

This may be due to how complex our routing logic is but it can be quite delayed when making edits which can really build up in downtime.

What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to route based on territories, lead source, round robins, vacation times all while sending out slack and email alerts to the teams when SLAs are not being met. It's great to be able to cc managers and create slack channels specifically around SLAs for accountability. We can get the ADR team to prioritize high value leads quickly while also ensuring that routing is as efficient as possible use the lead to account match. In addition, we are also able to autoconvert customer and partner leads and any other leads that we want to surface to our AEs directly. This is also very helpful during our annual conferences without having to manually convert into accounts. We can quickly reflect territory planning and regional changes which our sales management team apprieciates and having the audit logs makes it very easy to understand when something is operationally an issue or possibly human error. We're able to quickly make changes and provide visibility into volume to also assist our ADR management in making optimizations for their regions or round robin weights.

"Easy, and intuitive to use."

What do you like best about LeanData?

The best part of LeanData is it's ease of use. It's a low-code/no-code option, which is ideal for lightweight operations teams looking to making continuous and itereative changes to routing and process. The routing tool is a visual map that helps us visual learners to easily map all the steps required to route specific objects to the correct users. The team at LeanData is also incredibly helpful. From the implementation process to ongoing support when needed, I always feel heard and supported by the team at LeanData.

What do you dislike about LeanData?

There isn't a lot to dislike about LeanData. The one thing I struggle (and even that's a strong word for it) with is understanding the user structure. It's licenses per user, but with our instance I've noticed that the total user count creeps up. This seems to be because LeanData counts a user based on any "interaction" with LeanData, regardless of how lightweight the interaction might be.

For example, a user may be counted if they are the owner of an account that get's reassigned. Despite intentions being that that original user never gets anything routed to them, even if they are the original owner with te record being routed away from them, they would count as a user. With all of this being said, the LeanData team has been very helpful in trying to optimize for the ocrrect number of users, and to provide guidance around how to prevent these kinds of scenarios.

What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?

LeanData helps to automate and optimize our inbound to sales qualification motion. It's reduced the need to build cumbersome and inflexible flows directly within Salesforce or within our Data warehouse.

"Powerful tool - even better customer support"

What do you like best about LeanData?

- the tool is powerful and lets you close some of the painful age old gaps in Salesforce

- the customer support is world class. one of the few vendors that actually wants you to be successful and feels like a true partner

What do you dislike about LeanData?

- wasn't intuitive for me at first glance, I had to take the admin cert course to feel like I really understood the capabilities and power of the tool. to be fair, I was not a part of our evaluation though so that might have had be starting behind the ball

What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tagging and enriching leads, routing leads to the right people, letting us customize who we want to work what, audits and easy understanding of where leads are going, lead notifications

"Great tool that seems integral to Salesforce"

What do you like best about LeanData?

Being able to create complex routing graphs that are simple to follow and troubleshoot that perform a myriad of time-saving functions in out Salesforce org. I also appreciate the top-notch customer support.

What do you dislike about LeanData?

Can't think of anything I particularly dislike about LeanData. However I would like to see them include a more customizable de-duplication system like Duplicate Check, that can be incorporated into their platform.

What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it largely for routing records, not just at the inbound lead level but as our accounts and contacts move through different stages. We like that we can analyze what path records have taken and troubleshoot very easily.

"Salesforce clean up, de-dupe and routing automation"

What do you like best about LeanData?

In my opinion, the workflows and the customer support make the investment worthwhile. While no software solution is perfect, LeanData is easy to use and does a great job at helping you visualize your logic and troubleshoot your issues. I've done two LeanData implementations and found it easy to integrate with our CRM. If I need help in the future, I won't hesitate to bring in LeanData.

What do you dislike about LeanData?

You have to have a little bit of patience sometimes to solve a particular issue. It will get solved but you have to be willing to allow the process to play out. We've always been able to get help and have our issues resolved.

What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?

We went from having Salesforce and not using it to using Salesforce and being able to actively manage our customer relationships. Prior to LeanData, we could not match our leads to accounts, manage our acccount data or route leads to the proper salesperson. LeanData helped us solve these issues.
