**What do you like best about LeanData?**

What I like best about LeanData is that it's completely Salesforce native. I never have to leave Salesforce to build, troubleshoot, or update routing, which makes administration incredibly efficient. The visual routing interface is intuitive enough that changes can be made quickly, tested, and deployed immediately.

I've worked with Marketo, Salesforce Lead Assignment Rules, HubSpot, and other routing tools, and none of them come close to LeanData's combination of flexibility, accuracy, and ease of use. Whenever I start a new RevOps role, LeanData is one of the first platforms I advocate for because the ROI is so clear.

The routing capabilities are what really set it apart. You can build sophisticated routing for Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Cases, and more using virtually any Salesforce criteria, while also performing updates, matching, deduplication, and lead conversion within the same process. The matching engine is another huge advantage—whether routing records in real time or processing uploaded lists, LeanData can identify duplicate Leads and Contacts, match records to existing Accounts, and prevent unnecessary manual work. It saves our team countless hours while ensuring records consistently end up with the right owner.

LeanData also integrates seamlessly with the rest of our RevOps tech stack. Whether we're routing inbound leads from marketing or orchestrating handoffs between systems, the integrations have been reliable and easy to manage. Performance has never been a concern, even as our Salesforce org and routing logic have become more complex. Routing happens quickly, and we've never had to worry about delays or bottlenecks.

Finally, LeanData's support team has been exceptional. When I've had questions or wanted advice on the best way to design a routing process, their team has been knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us build the right solution—not just pointing us to documentation. That level of partnership is one of the reasons I continue recommending LeanData to every RevOps team I work with.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

Haha can I say nothing? I guess if I had to give one thing that would be in the nice to have is there is a bit of emphasis on set up, as there should be. Reporting with LeanData is a mystery. I know there are like LeanData Journeys but haven't been walked through about it.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeanData solves one of the biggest challenges in Revenue Operations: getting the right record to the right person as quickly and accurately as possible. Before LeanData, routing was often handled through Salesforce assignment rules, custom automation, or manual processes that were difficult to maintain, limited in flexibility, and prone to errors.

With LeanData, we've been able to automate complex routing decisions for Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Cases based on virtually any Salesforce criteria. That has significantly reduced manual work, eliminated routing inconsistencies, and ensured our sales and customer teams engage with prospects and customers much faster.

One of the biggest benefits for me as a RevOps administrator is agility. Business requirements change constantly, and with LeanData I can update routing logic in minutes instead of relying on developers or rebuilding complicated Salesforce automations. The visual builder makes it easy to understand, maintain, and improve our processes over time.

Beyond routing, LeanData's matching and deduplication capabilities have helped us maintain better CRM data quality by identifying duplicate records and matching inbound records to existing Accounts. The result is cleaner data, faster response times, happier sales teams, and more confidence that every record is being handled correctly. It's one of the highest-ROI platforms in our RevOps stack.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

LeanData has several really useful features that make my life much easier. For example, the routing scheduler is a great tool for our events team: they can upload leads and hold off on routing until they’re ready. The ability to preview and test a graph is also extremely helpful when we’re trying to stand up new routers and flows.

On the integration front, LeanData connects to multiple tools we use, such as Outreach and Slack, which makes it easy to automate outreach and alert the team to new leads. Lastly, the onboarding support we received was crucial to getting us up and running quickly. We did purchase the professional services package, though, so that’s something to keep in mind.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

I don’t like that you can only have one graph per object, although I understand why that’s the case. Still, it would be nice if we could separate them so everything doesn’t end up cluttered into a single graph.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use LeanData for lead and account routing, including checking whether leads are owned or unowned before uploading them. We also use the any object routing for our G2 events and G2 reviews. Overall, this has benefited us through cost savings and by saving time, since we don’t have to build out complex flows in SFDC.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

Lead assignment and territory management are intuitive, with a design that’s easy to use and straightforward to navigate. Also it seamlessly integrates with other CRM systems and integrations.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

Reprocessing CCIOs especially those that have a high volume, takes a long time to reprocess those. Data hiccup for service accounts especially when not logged in for a long time. Support sometimes take some time to take action or get back but still on a reasonable period.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead assignment and routing - if we were to implement this with the standard, out-of-the box Salesforce flows, I personally as someone who owns our Go-to-market systems, will be having a hard time as it is quite complicated. With LeanData, everything's straight to the point and easy to navigate, plus can be understood easily visually with flowcharts. Pricing-wise, weighing its benefits that it has brought, it's actually worth it given the features it has.

LeanData makes sure all our incoming leads are routed correctly, and it merges them when duplicates are found. Most of the time, we forget that LeanData even exists, which is honestly the best thing.

Sometimes it’s hard to understand why a fuzzy match was made. For example, when we have multiple account matches or possible duplicates, it would be really helpful to see the reasoning behind each match so we can improve the matching logic or troubleshoot

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Game-Changer for Revenue Operations

LeanData has completely transformed the way our sales and marketing teams operate. Before implementing it, we were constantly dealing with misrouted leads, duplicate records, and frustrated reps who couldn't tell which accounts belonged to them. LeanData solved all of that.

The lead-to-account matching is incredibly accurate — it catches connections that our team would have missed manually, and it does it instantly. Our speed-to-lead has improved dramatically since we stopped relying on manual assignment.

The visual routing builder is genuinely intuitive. What used to require a Salesforce admin and days of configuration now takes our RevOps team an afternoon. We can adjust routing logic on the fly as our territory structure evolves, which is huge for a growing company.

The Salesforce integration is seamless. It feels like a native part of our CRM rather than a bolt-on tool, and the data hygiene improvements alone have made it worth every penny.

Before LeanData, our biggest challenges were lead misrouting, poor lead-to-account matching, and a lack of visibility into how leads were moving through our funnel. Leads were either going to the wrong rep, sitting unassigned for days, or being worked by multiple people at once — creating a terrible prospect experience and a lot of internal friction.
How It's Benefiting Us:

Faster lead response times — Leads are now routed instantly and accurately, so reps are following up in minutes instead of days. That alone has had a measurable impact on conversion rates.

Cleaner data — The account matching logic has significantly reduced duplicates in our CRM and given us a much clearer picture of our pipeline.

Less manual work for RevOps — We used to spend hours each week manually reassigning leads or untangling routing errors. Now that process is almost entirely automated.

Better alignment between sales and marketing — Everyone has confidence that the right leads are going to the right people, which has reduced a lot of the finger-pointing that used to happen between teams.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

I really enjoy the routing graphs with LeanData. The ability to orchestrate highly specific, technical workflows is essential, and there's practically nothing you can't do in these workflows. I find the routing in general to be a favorite feature. I also appreciate the flexibility it offers, allowing me to meet the needs of specific teams with preferences for routing based on availability and automation. The pool infrastructure and its different options for handling pools, meeting allocation, and routing allocation to different reps are really great. LeanData makes it easy to tailor our setup to the specific needs of different sales teams. Also, the BookIt functionality has been a really helpful tool for quickly qualifying and disqualifying inbounds, routing them directly, and booking time, which has significantly helped our lead conversion rate. On top of that, making adjustments and tweaks in LeanData to our setup and routing has been really straightforward.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

I think the new audit log is pretty slow. Sometimes and, honestly, frequently, I get errors, so I'm not able to actually see the logs. I'd say, like, that feature still needs more time to get fleshed out. I would also love if there was an audit log into the actual meeting object to see, much like we see in the audit log on a contact router or leader. It would be awesome to actually see the logic considered in choosing a particular rep in a pool, especially when using availability-based routing.

LeanData speeds up lead follow-ups by handling lead routing and bookings directly on reps' calendars, improving our lead conversion rate. Its customizable routing graphs and pool infrastructure fit the specific needs of our sales teams, providing workflow flexibility and automation based on team availability.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

What's not to like? LeanData has allowed us to convert complex routing into a scalable manageable system. Our CSMs are great with providing timely support and suggestions for improving our flows.

The biggest positive for us has been lead-to-account matching. LeanData consistently routes leads to the right owner based on account context, which has eliminated a lot of manual cleanup and ensures our reps are working the right records from the start.

The orchestration logic is flexible enough to handle real-world complexity without needing constant maintenance. Once it’s set up properly, it just works and stays reliable over time.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

I’d really like to see an MCP for orchestration. The recent improvements to the logs have helped bridge the gap for now, but I still want our reps to be able to self-serve and quickly understand when and why someone was routed to them.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem LeanData solves for us is making sure leads don't fall through the cracks or land with the wrong rep. When a lead comes in tied to an existing account, it needs to go to the right owner automatically. Without LeanData, that process was manual and error-prone.

The benefit is cleaner pipeline from the start. Reps get the leads they're supposed to work, follow-up happens faster, and our ops team spends less time fixing routing mistakes after the fact.

I find LeanData pretty easy to set up and map, which is really helpful. It allows me to create complex routing scenarios, letting me get as intricate as I need to. I like that it doesn't limit me like some other routing tools have in the past. The ability to be flexible and stack different routing criteria on top of each other makes it really valuable. Also, LeanData is great at helping you map out everything, sitting with you to document and build it all, which I appreciate.

I think setting up the mapping, it's kind of like this big flow map, you can do it in Excel-based, but I've seen other tools that are a little more just like an Excel, like line by line or row by row, which you can kinda do with LeanData. Just something that it manages a little easier than that and lets you see it. So that would be the one call out.

LeanData covers a lot of use cases, and I appreciate how the only limit might be my creativity in leveraging the tool. It integrates tightly with Salesforce and also Google Calendar to seamlessly track OOO from people.

The fallback nodes should have a different UI. It messes up visually the graph, even if the use case is super valuable.

What I like most about LeanData is how it brings structure and reliability to complex GTM processes. The main downside is that it can become quite complex to manage as the business scales. Setting up and maintaining routing rules, graphs, and edge cases often requires ongoing effort and strong operational expertise. It’s powerful, but there’s a learning curve, and small configuration changes can sometimes have unintended downstream impact if not carefully managed.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

The level of clarity you get from the graph is excellent—you can see exactly why a lead was routed to a specific owner or territory.

Adding a new node (for example, round-robin hand-raisers to SDRs) takes minutes instead of hours. Updating territory assignments, swapping out individuals, and replacing people is quick too, and you usually don’t have to upload a new CSV file every time.

I also like that you can build and test a new routing draft safely without risking your live, active sales engine.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

When building routing paths, the visual interface can sometimes fail to save properly or throw unexpected errors. We usually end up losing our work if we don’t manually save the graph every few minutes while editing.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inbound leads often sat in queues for hours while a manager figured out who owns the account. LeanData routes records instantly using live, real-time logic. Our "speed-to-lead" dropped from hours to seconds, so prospects can be contacted while our company is still top-of-mind.

It also automatically routes a new lead from an active customer account straight to their existing Account Executive.

So far, i have not run into anything in leandata that is a downside.

1.Bad CRM data + duplicate records
Since implementing lean data, the number of incorrect duplicates records has gone down to almost 0. Our team previously had to manually review and merge records constantly so this has freed up so much time for our team.

I find the error-checking process in LeanData, Inc. a bit too manual, and there are some limitations when retrying lead conversions. Making these processes a little more streamlined would help make troubleshooting faster and more user-friendly.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

I like LeanData's low-code, no-code aspect, which makes it accessible and easy to use. The integrations are great too; we've started exploring how well they work with our tech stack like Outreach, Clay, and Salesforce. I find it really valuable that Outreach can automatically sequence prospects without reps needing to do anything and Teams alerting reps quickly when a lead is assigned. Clay is useful for enrichment, adding value to our setup.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

Some of the integrations are a bit clunky and conflict with one another. Also some of the audit logs could be improved when leads meet criteria that should be routed. Not a lot but some slip through the cracks. Just make it easier to understand why it skipped a certain step versus just telling me where it ended - i.e. skip node go to the end even though it met criteria.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeanData streamlines lead routing across regions, distinguishes MQLs, and integrates smoothly with tools like Outreach and Clay. It offers automation and confidence in routing, boosting speed to lead and prospect sequencing while enriching data.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

I use LeanData for inbound contact and lead routing, as well as merging and matching. It brilliantly solves complex routing processes, making it easy to visually see and break down the tasks. I like the visual graph building and node-based rules writing, which is much better than IF statement forms. It makes auditing easy and simplifies sharing our internal routing processes with stakeholders. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the team was really helpful, allowing me to enable myself to do it all on my own.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

Additionally, the training materials are really helpful, making it easy to understand and use. For Salesforce, LeanData helps in routing thousands of lists mostly correctly to the right owner. The routing settings are flexible, allowing for real-time or batch processing.

In our scenario with LeanData, triggering routings can be tricky. Sometimes, especially with round-robin pools, we get ping-pong between round-robin members. We've had to move from real-time routing to non-real-time because of this. Also, the fuzzy matching for leads to accounts isn't always accurate.

I find LeanData rock solid. Once a workflow has been built, it operates exactly as intended and provides clear auditing for what actions were taken and why. This makes it easy to make adjustments as our team and motions expand. I also appreciate that the automations work consistently and trigger immediately. The auditing feature is critical because it allows us to quickly and easily determine what changes may need to occur, which is incredibly valuable in a constantly changing environment. Additionally, when we set up LeanData, we had a tremendous amount of support from their team, which was great.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

LeanData is a fairly heavy admin lift. You need someone operating it who has a deep understanding of how the tool works, as well as how any connected systems work.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

I love how easy and versatile LeanData is for managing otherwise complex territories and routing rules. With many publications and verticals each having individual routing rules, LeanData is the only tool capable of handling this complexity with ease. I also appreciate the fuzzy match algorithm that effectively flags leads alongside the correct account. LeanData's visual drag-and-drop canvas is very helpful, allowing logic to keep up with changes, manage exceptions, and test accurately, which removes bottlenecks and ensures accuracy and speed in lead routing.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

We have unique OOO rules for our reps, which don't align with native functionality and force us to purchase additional seats purely for OOO usage. We have hacks to get around this but it would be great to have more flexibility there. There was also a learning curve, which was about 8 years ago now.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LeanData to catch duplicate records, improve CRM data quality, reduce manual error-prone lead routing and assignments, and improve speed to lead. It lets me manage complex territories and routing rules with ease, eliminating team bottlenecks and ensuring accurate, speedy lead routing.

We are currently using LeanData for Lead Conversion  (we do not use the normal Lead process),  Duplicate Management, Contact Routing, Demo Opportunity Routing, Renewal Opportunity Routing, and Account Assignment.  The LeanData platform is very intuitive and easy to learn. Pool Management is straight forward and easily adaptable for non-tech savy users as well.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

I find LeanData very reliable, especially since it's natively integrated with Salesforce, which means I encounter a lot fewer issues overall. The product does what it promises, and it's easy to audit processes to see what's working or not. I also appreciate the ability to test through the flow with specific records before setting it live. LeanData's system is important for making sure tools work well together and business processes are followed, especially because it's responsible for routing some of our highest priority leads.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

I haven't seen as much on the AI product development as other technology we work with. I think that's the one area for potential work for LeanData is just getting AI capabilities in there because I do see a lot of ways in which it could make the product more impactful.

I use LeanData to route leads efficiently, automate follow-ups, and integrate notifications via Slack, which keeps our XDR team efficient.

Leandata completely automates our inbound routing and outbound account assignment, enforcing SLAs, increasing speed to lead, and disqualifying the noise. It also plays well with the rest of our tech stack from 6Sense to Qualified to Pardot to Slack.

Difficult to scenario test new routing and troubleshoot routing errors. The functionality is there, it's just a little more cumbersome than I would like.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Obviously inbound routing, but also account assignment for our outbound reps. In conjunction with 6Sense we're able to qualify and assign accounts based on intent data and enforce SLAs via Leandata. Routing and RoE and SLAs are handled in the background and we don't have to worry about it.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

I like that LeanData gives you the freedom to do most things, even though it's a bit complicated, which is needed for solving complex business problems. The visual mapping is easy to see, and I really enjoy having all my processes mapped out visually. The flexibility it offers is another great aspect. I love how if I have a problem, it's straightforward to check the log, see where someone got tripped up in the router, and even understand how to fix it. LeanData also makes it easier to clean data before it enters the router. I appreciate the various matching, routing, and updating features that LeanData has, making it easier to identify and address problems visually. The initial setup was technically very easy, and we had a fantastic implementation person, Julio, who was amazing to work with.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

It is a bit complicated. I feel like there are many areas of the product that I don't understand. I wish it was a bit more intuitive. I also wish that the book it tool was more integrated with the router, so you could route to somebody and then give them their schedule, as they're kind of two separate products right now.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeanData helps route opportunities through our complicated business process, manage duplicate contacts, and streamline account ownership. It smooths routing, matching, and assignment processes, essential for managing multiple products and account layers effectively.
