I like that everything is in the system. We have CRM, quoting system, billing, tasks and events. Everything is right there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the automation. Leadtrac is a powerful program with a lot of automation. You are able to move clients through a workflow and have the system automatically reach out to the clients when necessary eliminating a lot of followup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything has an extra cost. You cannot create custom reports without requesting from support and that cost $125.00 per hour. Leadtrac also does not allow the user to create custom fields or field mapping like in many other CRMs, so if you want to add a new field for a client file r application you need to pay support to do so causing more charges.
