It's simple and easy to use. It helps to keep the track of leads and sales. The interface is straightforward and simple and easy to work. I can find what I need quickly, and it really helps me stay organized and on top of my work. Also, it saves me time and makes my daily tasks way easier.

**What do you dislike about LeadSquared Sales CRM?**

Sor far it's working pretty good. If I had to say something, some more feature can be added however may be it may create some confuession and probably why it’s not too complicated. Overall, I like it and it helps me stay organized, so I’m happy with it!

**What problems is LeadSquared Sales CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep track of all my leads and follow-ups in one place. It saves time because I don’t have to remember everything myself, and I can see what I need to do next easily. I don’t miss out on any opportunities, and my work becomes more organized. Overall, it makes my job a lot easiere.

What I like most about LeadSquared Sales CRM is how it brings lead capture, lead assignment, and follow-ups into one platform. As a digital marketer, it helped me track leads generated from campaigns without relying on multiple spreadsheets. The automation for lead routing and activity tracking made it easier for the sales team to respond quickly, while the reporting dashboard provided useful insights into campaign performance and lead conversions.

**What do you dislike about LeadSquared Sales CRM?**

One drawback is that the interface can feel overwhelming for new users because of the number of features and configuration options. Some reports require additional customization to get the exact insights needed, and occasional loading delays can occur when working with large amounts of lead data. A more intuitive UI and simpler report creation would improve the overall experience.

LeadSquared Sales CRM helps us manage leads from multiple marketing channels in one place and ensures they are assigned to the right sales representatives without manual effort. It improves follow-up tracking, reduces lead leakage, and gives better visibility into the sales pipeline. As a digital marketer, this has helped me measure campaign quality more accurately and collaborate more effectively with the sales team to improve lead conversion rates.

**What do you like best about LeadSquared Sales CRM?**

The product is capable of doing heavy workflows

**What do you dislike about LeadSquared Sales CRM?**

We paid them ₹1.5 lakhs. Roughly ₹50-60k as implementation fee and the rest for a 6-month license. What we got back was a masterclass in how NOT to run a B2B business.

The software feels like it was built a decade ago and forgotten. A task that should take one click takes ten. The UI is bloated, the UX is ancient, and every basic action feels like dragging a brick uphill. Want to make a small change to your own flow? You don't get to. You raise an email request. Every. Single. Time.

Their onboarding team set up our flow, gave us "training," and then disappeared into a ticketing system. The training was unusable. The setup was incomplete. The product was unworkable for our team.

So we did the fair thing. We asked for a refund of only the unused license period and proactively offered to forfeit the entire implementation fee because their team had put in hours. We weren't trying to squeeze them. 

We were trying to part ways cleanly.

Their response? A flat no.

They knew our setup was incomplete. They knew we would never use the product. They knew we were offering them the implementation fee for free. And they still chose to pocket six months of license money for software we will never log into.

That is not a pricing decision. That is a character decision.

In B2B, your word is your product. CRM especially once you commit, switching is brutal. You are not just buying software, you are buying a partner. LeadSquared showed us exactly what kind of partner they are the moment money was on the table and good faith was tested.
Choose a CRM you can trust. LeadSquared is categorically not that.

I will never recommend them. I will actively warn every founder I meet.

I like how LeadSquared Sales CRM combines lead management, automation, and sales tracking into just one platform. It gives the sales team a clear view of where every lead stands and what actions we need to take. The lead tracking is very structured, making it easy to monitor the entire lifecycle from inquiry to conversion. Automated follow-up reminders ensure that leads don't get missed. I appreciate the lead distribution and assignment tools that automatically route leads to the right sales representatives. What I find most valuable is the visibility it provides; everyone can see the status of leads and opportunities in just one place.

There are a few areas in LeadSquared Sales CRM that could be improved, especially in terms of processes where those are very complex. The interface can sometimes feel very cluttered when managing a large volume of leads and activities. Some bulk actions, which are not yet supported, need to be done as well. Customizing reports may require additional learning and training for the team.

I think updating the records is a bit tough as the UI is not very user-friendly for updating the records. So anything that needs to be updated has a difficult approach, and you cannot see in real-time that your cursor is on the updating line.

The initial setup was easy, and the support during this process was good.

Query support through the support ticket engine can be tiresome. It takes a lot of time to explain the issue in detail with screenshots and step-by-step instructions, and sometimes it takes a long time to get resolved.

There were some glitches while working on the mobile app, and sometimes it takes time to upload data in the CRM. When uploading a record through the mobile app, sometimes it would double update the same record or sometimes miss out on the record, so you need to check double every time while working through the mobile phone.

I use LeadSquared Sales CRM daily in my work in the ed tech sales industry, and I believe it's one of the top CRM tools for managing business in a very easy way. It's excellent for smooth lead management and pin-to-pin data tracking. I like that I can track data very easily and efficiently, and it helps with business growth tracking, maintaining the sales funnel, and tracking employee productivity. As a sales manager, it allows me to manage correct data and monitor my team's performance effortlessly. Another thing I appreciate is that just one day of training is enough to understand how to use it.

Sometimes the application gets down and needs an update to improve its running time.

After a lead has been successfully created and the client acquisition is done, all activities and tickets can be recorded in the system. I find it to be one of the finest tools we've had. **What do you like best about LeadSquared Sales CRM?**

Since 2019, I have been working with Leadsquared CRM at two different companies, and my experience continues through to 2025. My introduction to Leadsquared was at Unacademy, where I first learned to navigate and utilize the platform. Later, at PagarBook, I took on the responsibility of building and configuring the entire Leadsquared system from scratch. In my current role, I manage every aspect of Leadsquared, from daily operations to system creation and ongoing maintenance. It's notable that PagarBook is among the few organizations where the Leadsquared implementation was handled entirely in-house. I find Leadsquared to be a highly user-friendly solution, making it ideal for both sales and support teams. Its transparent and efficient workflow, from initial setup to full execution, leads me to consider it one of the top choices available. There customer support are quick and efficient and one of the best in the business.

A couple of features would improve this CRM. They are currently working on it after my feedback.

I really like how LeadSquared Sales CRM organizes all the details and features a follow-up trigger that's super helpful. Adding all the details in the follow-up trigger means I don't have to remember anything, and it automatically shows up in my feed. Also, the way it tracks the sales funnel is very impressive.

I wish there was a filter to qualify and distribute leads into types such as warm lead, hot lead, or not that useful.

I really like LeadSquared Sales CRM's no-code sales automation for the U.S. market. The drag-and-drop automation builder is fantastic because it doesn't require any developer support, which allows our small U.S. team to build and tweak specific B2B sales automations easily. This includes CCPA-compliant lead captures and tailored follow-up sequences that only trigger during U.S. business hours, which is great for U.S. customer experience. High-intent lead prioritization features ensure that leads matching our ideal customer profile receive urgent attention, which has significantly cut manual admin work—75% reduction for our U.S. team. This enables our reps to focus 90% of their time on selling rather than updating spreadsheets or manually sending follow-ups. Plus, the initial setup of LeadSquared Sales CRM was incredibly straightforward and low-lift for our operations.

**What do you dislike about LeadSquared Sales CRM?**

I can't quickly pull a West Coast e-commerce client lead-to-close report or a state-level conversion rate dashboard. This makes it hard to identify high-performing U.S. markets for our Google Ads. We have to export raw data from LeadSquared to Google Sheets and build manual reports, which introduces human error and delays our data-driven decisions. I'd love to see pre-built U.S.-focused reporting templates and a simplified custom dashboard builder for non-technical users. Also, adding U.S. state-level data tagging would be great.

I like the way it automates the entire sales process snd keeping it in one place. It also has a process to track the locations and save the conversations sales had with the customers.

Sometimes the CRM was quite slow and slightly complex to use when comes to handling large amount of data. 
Intital setup and learning curve had some ups and downs but we were able to use it smoothly.
