LeadSimple has helped us build a consistent, trackable workflow for our property management operations. The automation tools and task management features have saved us time and improved team accountability. I wouldn't know where to start with keeping track of lead gen if it weren't for LS. The pipeline and processes are so easy to implement with the support of the library and LS staffing. From a product standpoint, it's pretty limiting, requiring us to work around flows. A couple of examples: Within processes, we can't follow a task with another when the first is completed (we have to keep adding tasks, checking if it's been completed), we cannot automate emails or texts unless they are templates, etc. We really like LeadSimple and hope that product updates will make good software even better.
