There is nothing i dislike at this point! If i had one suggestion it would be that we could tag the leads that come through within the system so that we can categorise them and filter through which are product enquires / service / commercial / installer etc, as our site caters to a wide range of audiences. A great and quick way for our customers to interact with us 24/7. The team at Leedoo are always on hand to suggest any improvements they think we could make to optimise the chat bots to improve our lead conversion.
