The system is robust in features yet simplifies the lead management process for our sales team. A couple of clicks and the lead is being worked by our channel. Not only is the system robust but the support aspects of LeadMethod are what sets it apart from other tools. When we reach out to our support contact the item is updated within that day, often times within 30 minutes. This is absolutely priceless when other related items needed from our internal Salesforce admins can take weeks, if not months to complete. LeadMethod could look to improve the system by allowing users to customize views individually or setup different features that can be permissioned by defined roles. (Honestly this is very picky as I had a hard time coming up with a dislike. LeadMethod is always working on enhancements within their road map and list to us when we have suggestions to improve. Great tool to answer immediately your customers, to know exactly what they want or need. You received exact contact and request. French version maybe. Specially for Est Canada customers and end users. Version for iPhone or mobile not as good as iPad or laptops version. Can’t create and attach follow up date into our calendar. LeadMethod has been one of the best investments our marketing department has made. Before we were using LeadMethod, our lead entry and follow up process was close to non-existent. We were never able to get a good idea of what our ROI was for our marketing expenditures. Now it is so easy and requires a whole lot less effort on our end.
