**What do you like best about LeadMaster?**

The tool for email marketing is fantastic! I was able to monitor which emails were read thanks to it. The automatic reporting function is quite effective. It is also quite simple to use thanks to its well organized style and one button updates.

**What do you dislike about LeadMaster?**

Sometimes the platform feels outdated and sluggish, which can be quite frustrating. It also has a steep learning curve, making it difficult for beginners to use. Its on the pricier side when compared to other available options.

**What problems is LeadMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My teams progress was easily monitored with the help of LeadMasters reporting feature and the capabilities for email marketing and sales force automation also helped us save money. It provided a central area for managing all of my leads and acted as a nice reminder for leads that I had forgotten about. LeadMaster provides a complete all in one solution for lead management in addition to other things.

There's an intuitive user experience and a simple platform.

**What do you dislike about LeadMaster?**

It's a simple platform but it can be limited. When I used it, it looked outdated but it gets the job done.

Updating the platform to have a better user experience, provide more options

**What do you like best about LeadMaster?**

This customer relationship management tool is very helpful with some amazing features in it. It helped us managing leads and online leads tracking. The best tool is its email marketing. It also tells about the emails that have been read. It facilitated us with importing data by customer. The reporting feature is also very effective and automated. This is a cost saving solution with excellent customer services.

**What do you dislike about LeadMaster?**

We often find it slow. The speed slows down sometimes. People find it hard to use and even we also required a huge learning before using it. The application is good but will be confusing for beginners. It is better than its alternatives but if we compare its pricing it is still expensive solution to use.

**What problems is LeadMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are looking for CRM in our organization and this is a good start for my team as we are now able to read recent updated notes and track everything on other hand. We can easily interact to our customer during updating. We can easily track the previous contacted leads. This is very helpful for our organization.

**What do you like best about LeadMaster?**

Love the organization and the easy click updates 

**What do you dislike about LeadMaster?**

That the site is spelling and space sensitive. Someone could accidentally spell a name wrong and I could possible never find it. It does not generate names that it was close to or almost like. If you spell something wrong or do not put the correct spaces, it says no records found. 

**Recommendations to others considering LeadMaster:**

The whole concept of leadmaster is great! Just have to understand and thoroughly know how it works and how to update it properly so it can work efficiently. If employees are all updating it differently, it will not work correctly. Just make sure you train your employees in the area and implement the importance of it. 

**What problems is LeadMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with leads that we have and what area we need to focus on. The bad thing is that not all employees understand how leadmaster works and how to use it. It is a different system to understand if an employee is older in age.

**What do you like best about LeadMaster?**

LeadMaster offers an extensive CRM at an extraordinary cost. It enables our organization to oversee clients and leads proficiently. The deals and client administration support is awesome too. 

There's a great deal of assistance on the back end in learning the item with the recordings and directions. The library is a great instrument.

**What do you dislike about LeadMaster?**

There's not much I dislike as they are constantly listening to the field and updating their system to support our needs.

They are continually requesting contribution on the most proficient method to improve the item and genuinely tune in to our recommendations.

**What problems is LeadMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The month to month membership covers establishment, redesigns, upkeep, and programming permitting. LeadMaster likewise offers individual direction from their LeadMaster Partners. Simple to-utilize, simple to-learn, with a heavy number of offers lead the board contributions.

**What do you like best about LeadMaster?**

I love that all my leads are in one place. I also appreciate that it sends me reminders to reach out to leads I might have forgotten about. 

**What do you dislike about LeadMaster?**

How difficult it is to look at a certain area. I can’t search based on Birthday or lead status at a certain facility. It is also very time consuming to put leads into LeadMaster. It also still sends you reminders on leads that you have gotten enrolled and they are no longer leads. 

**What problems is LeadMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits is that it reminds you of leads that you might have forgotten about, which helps a lot. It helps keep everyone accountable as well and you can see how your fellow workers are doing as well.

**What do you like best about LeadMaster?**

I like that it is very simple to use, but it is almost too basic for a CRM.

**What do you dislike about LeadMaster?**

Overall, it feels antiquated. More modern CRMs seem to fit the needs of our business better (pulling reports, ease of use, etc.)

**Recommendations to others considering LeadMaster:**

If you are a very small, basic business, than this product might be okay for you. Otherwise, look for a more robust option.

**What problems is LeadMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is great for holding/keeping track of our older data, otherwise, it does not do much for us anymore.

**What do you like best about LeadMaster?**

I like the customer service and assistance, our business model requires tracking numerous product lines and line items. The LeadMasterCRM provides data arrangement in layers that is logical and simple to use. 

I am a huge fan of importing data for updates, and new data entry, the LeadMasterCRM accommodates broad data importing by customer, opportunity and by job codes. 

I also like the report functions such as; report subscriptions.  All I have to worry about is the data entry the reports are automated. 

The E-mail blast functionality is also an excellent feature, telling me how many e-mails were read etc.  

**What do you dislike about LeadMaster?**

Can be a bit slow at times but the Customer service team will correct this if you send a request. 

**Recommendations to others considering LeadMaster:**

Cost savings & excellent customer service is the value you can expect from the LeadMasterCRM

**What problems is LeadMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The LeadMasterCRM provides a single point of Collaboration for our business teams and back office support all customer centric. 

We have the ability to speak to our customers in a big way, while at the same time we have the ability to read recent update notes, track everything else from quotes to shipping documents.

**What do you like best about LeadMaster?**

Great user friendly program that is great for storing and working with leads especially in a telemarketing capacity. Stores a lot of info and it’s easy to send leads from within the program. 

**What do you dislike about LeadMaster?**

Can sometimes be quirky and can be a little difficult to run various reports that are needed to evaluate efficiency of callers. 

**What problems is LeadMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Use this for telemarketing campaigns. Can search within program to see if we have contacted leads before. The ability to make detailed notes is very helpful to our various call campaigns.
