I really like how Leadium consistently books appointments, which is how we ultimately grade them. Their level of service is also something we appreciate. Each month, they are setting meetings, and we've closed several deals already. Their weekly performance meetings are great for helping us understand what's going on. I've also found it valuable that they are connected to our HubSpot, so we can track the work our SDR does every day. They spend a lot of effort on strategy, making us think through who we are trying to get appointments for, and that layer of consulting is great for us. It's been nice to work directly with their founders, who handle our account, guiding us purposefully through the execution and recommending changes.

Kevin is genuinely involved. This is not the kind of agency where you sign and then get handed off to a junior account manager. He was on the calls, understood our market, and the upfront work they do on data sourcing and ICP was serious. The SDR on our account actually knew the space. Once the machine was built, it ran.

**What do you dislike about Leadium?**

The first 30-45 days feel slow. They are doing the real work during that time, domain setup, integrations, scripting, but it is hard to sell internally when stakeholders want meetings in week one. Some more visibility into that ramp would help.

If you are willing to do the ICP work upfront and give the process 60 days, the output is real. Do not come in expecting a shortcut. Kevin and the team are the right partner if you actually want to build a pipeline that holds.

I really appreciate how Leadium has been pivotal for filling the calendar for my sales team and addressing the feast or famine side of sales. In our experience, there are no upsides to working with Leadium.

**What do you dislike about Leadium?**

We had to provide notice to Leadium that they were in breach of contract for not providing services in a workmanlike and professional manner.  Leadium sent out several hundred (perhaps thousands) of emails with the following issues: 

1. the receiving companies were not remotely tied to our target markets
2. the emails included a link to their's and not our website
3. the address provided was incorrect
4. our team member's name was misspelled

After that debacle, we actually gave them a second chance where they proceeded to produce precisely one lead over a 90 day period. 

We terminated our contract with Leadium as they refused to provide any remuneration for their dismal performance.

Based on our experience, I would avoid engaging with Leadium as we found them to be not only incompentent but also disingenuous as well.

Their attention to detail and willingness to align with our needs and refine the campaigns and outbound based on our go to market strategy changes and what is working vs not working.

For a unique software company like us, sometimes it's hard to help the team understand the intriquacies of our software and we are still refining our GTM strategy, unless you've been at the company for a while and are experienced using the software, which is not something we can assume is doable to fully immerse in the platform to inform marketing strategies. Our internal team has the most knowledge about the software, but sometimes we struggle at effectively explaining or communicating what we think is the best way to market and sell our software.

We decided to work with this company because of its approach and experience. They are in charge of gathering information about our prospective clientele. We appreciated the fact that they have been in operation for a while and only serve a small number of customers each month. As a result, the executive team was involved and a specialized research team focused on our campaign was allocated to our account. This team is in charge of locating the appropriate individuals at the appropriate organizations that correspond to our target market.
The plan was also extensive enough to fit with the more brutal breaking-the-ice approach that we planned.

I couldn't find any drawbacks to the team. They exceeded our expectations. Our monthly sales went up drastically following their help with lead generation. They are just awesome.

If you do not want to hire an entry-level sales team that you would have to manage daily and purchase new software for them to be successful, then Leadium is for you.

This helps us overcome the challenge of not having enough information to pursue. What I appreciate most about working with Leadium is the degree of knowledge and skill exhibited by its founders. Working directly with them allowed for the swift implementation of a well-conceived plan. As one of the founders was always my primary point of contact, I never felt like I was being passed off to a mid-level employee. In addition, I liked that Leadium assigned a dedicated team member to each component of the outbound function. I was pleased by their implementation of high-level concepts, such as personality data to personalize messaging. Their team was clearly motivated to perform and book meetings for us.

**What do you dislike about Leadium?**

While Leadium is able to deliver a repeatable and measurable program for sales appointments, there are restrictions regarding the pace with which many campaigns can be launched and activity can be pushed. There are times when, as a sales team, we desire rapid results yet are constrained by the rate at which we can launch and execute initiatives. This is a trade-off that comes with hiring an agency to manage a certain component of our business, but it is something we should be aware of and evaluate.

We've used Leadium for a few different engagements, and it's helped us provide revenue potential in new market territories without diverting personnel from our internal Sales Development team. Their task was to identify specific niches inside specialized markets and engage in conversation with those segments. We chose to go with Leadium because of their experience in this space. Their executive team is our direct point of contact for both the ongoing campaign strategy and the day-to-day activity performance. We really appreciated that Kevin led the sales process, and in every aspect of his business he sold us on, he made sure they delivered. One of the things I have liked most is the open honesty in strategy and their proactively making campaign adjustments.

I haven't come across identifiable dislikes at this time. We went into this knowing there was a risk that we wouldn't see results. Kevin was very upfront with that during the sales process, and because outbound is dependent on many market factors, results can't be guaranteed. Because its a full-service program and because their founders are your points of contact their is very little risk, which we love.

Talk to them. Learn about their experience and point of view on outbound strategy. See their agreeable contract terms and make a decision.

We engaged Leadium because we had no outbound appointment setting being done internally and did not have the infrastructure to support it. At bats for our sales team within a very specific target market was our entire goal of the engagement. Leadium has delivered a consistent flow of sales appointments through a full-service program that includes data, technology, and the day-to-day SDR activity.

**What do you like best about Leadium?**

Leadium seems to have the right formula for fractional SDRs. They give me the flexibility to have a SDR without the hassle of finding, training, and coaching one. When I need immediate results, and someone who has just done it before –Leadium is my go-to. Specifically like to call out Ruby on their team. He is a true gem. Well invested in my company, and works as if he truly is a part of the team. He takes the time to understand the "why" behind what we do, and continuously finds ways to make it even better. I also heard through the grapevine that his won SDR of the year. I couldn't recommend Leadium enough.

Nothing at this time. They're great. Accommodating and consistently trying to insert themselves into the company. I've truly enjoyed their services overall, and recommend using them.

- It's a challenge of outsourcing more generally, not specific to Leadium: you'll invest time in developing and training an SDR who's not ultimately on your staff, so eventually, that investment of time will pay dividends to another business, not yours.

They act as a true extension to your sales team. Prospects really have no idea that we outsource SDR work because the Leadium SDRs are THAT knowledgeable.

I don't really have anything to put here. I guess if I had to pick something, I wish that training/implementation was a bit quicker... but that is if I am really nit-picking. They are great at what they do.

**What do you like best about Leadium?**

I’m blown away their knowledge of outbound prospecting and lead generation. They work and partner with plenty of companies, which allows them they gain a lot of insights that they are happy to share.

I still haven't found another tool or vendor that is able to provide so many accurate leads. Their bounce rate is extremely low.

Honestly, there is nothing that I dislike.

We’ve grown a lot since the partnership began. We’re very happy with the work that they do for us, especially considering we initially partnered up because we lacked resources to do outbound activities ourselves.

We are scheduling weekly calls to receive frequent updates, but also to share some new ideas and best practices. I’m very impressed by how transparent they are and how easy it is to get in contact with them if we need to.
